Anatomy & Physiology REVEALED for Android
Wish they have an option to take a quiz on all the structures instead of just 5 questions each quiz.
This app has great content essential for anyone studying A&P. Too bad it crashes every ten seconds on my Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1. Can't refund it since it took more than 10 minutes to download (1.7gigs!). Has the same online content that normally accompanies a textbook - which is usually the same price.
I think the content in the app is really informative and easy to study off of, however, if you have a tablet that runs Android I would not buy this app. I have an LG tablet which runs Android and the software clearly has glitches in it. For example, you are supposed to be able to click on anything during dissection and it will tell you the name. That does not work on my Android version. I have used a friend's ipad version and everything works in that platform. I emailed the developers and recieved no response or update to solve the problem. Great app if you have an ipad, but Android users beware.
Love it.
I emailed the developers to ask if this would work on my nexus 7 because there were no user reviews to rely on. I received an email later saying they had tested it for me and confirmed it worked. It does and it's some of the best $50 I have ever spent. As an artist studying anatomy on my own, this app has been what I've been looking for. My mother is also finding it useful for studying for her anatomy and physiology class. A&P textbooks cost well over $100 and they aren't interactive. Great buy!
First of all, apple users get this for 14 dollars for some reason. Secondly, the app has half the features of the CD and flash version but costs twice as much. Finally, and most importantly the app doesn't have any of the myCourse support making it utterly worthless to about 90% of the kind of people who would be interested in buying it; students. Skip over this one, its only slightly better then many of the free apps, and if your a student like me you won't get myCourse support so its totally useless.
I was happy to find this program for android devices since I used the PC version heavily while in undergrad studies. The android version is executed well and is quite unique to other programs as it is a virtual dissection of a real cadaver. Functionally, some major muscles are not labeled. I would really enjoy, in a future update, seeing small arteries of the hand labeled. My number one issue with this app occurred when it was mistakenly deleted from my device, resulting in an error "-24" when attempting to re-download. Devs contacted me with a list of suggestions that helped me resolve the Google Play issue, even though it wasn't a problem with this application! Love this app and customer support.
The dissection and physiology so illustrative that u would never forget what you see.. A must for every medical aspirant n doctors...
I love this app and its a great learning tool for me as a professional student. Two problems though; no suboccipital triangle? COME ON! And it only works on my tablet and I can't install it on my Note 2, what gives? The screen is big enough and its got a quad core processor. I'll just hope for more compatability in the future, its expected with an app this expensive.
