Please is the new UPDATE doesn't work on TECNO W4? cause mine is not working and I have reported the issue to you (Expresspay) but still nothing has been done. I do all my transactions with EXPRESSPAY so what should I do now. Please tell me something

I like the new update, the animation transitions are very smooth. One thing I dislike is closing the app is very unresponsive unless you log out.

Charges are on the high side. I like the new UI except that on the home screen, the icons for topup and Internet should be generic instead of the mtn and surfline icons.

You can't change email cos I can't remember the password to the one I used and one can't delete account to create new one please do something about that I really need to change my email to verify things

I Love using Quick Teller but I wish it could be the other way round.

It's a very useful app that makes mobile transaction easy as pie

customer relations is very poor. When you send an email, it takes days before you get any reply. I forgot my password and for 6 days I've not been able to reset it. Common verification code that should be sent to my email still can't be sent. I thought it was automated. Smdh

I made a payment from my mtn a/c to my Vodafone a/c and it's still pending but I've been deducted. So my question is what if the transaction or still pending isn't successful, what then happens to my money. Will I be refunded or not.

The best payment platform that has emerged in Ghana so far. I am able to make payment from ECG, Topup's, Internet Bill's etc without any problems. I would love to see GWC to be on board and other Institutions. Whoever is behind this platform must be commended for such a great service to Mother Ghana.

This app is perfect for any mobile money transactions. I wanted to deposit money into my bank account and this app did that flawlessly in minutes. Best app ever! Future looks bright for expresspay..

I love the app so much, but I will be so glad if u can add my bank, Ecobank so I can transfer money directly from my mobile wallet to it.

Too bad you can't use a card that is issued outside to make money transfer.
