Express Lanes

This app is horrendous! Says it sets you up for alerts, of which I've only gotten one that I was alerted for after the fact, and now I owe, and have already paid thousands.. sucks!

It wouldt let me book my flight I'm trying to go back to irland for crying out loud

HORRIBLE

This app sucks. Keeps freezing up, then crashes. Upon selecting entry point it freezes, unable select exit point. After a minute or so of no response it crashes. Crap. Crap. Crap.

This app is agonist as bad as driving on the toll lanes. The app won't let me pick the entry and exit points I use every day. I guess they don't exist. The user name and password aren't tied to your existing ez pass account. No thanks.

Can pick which route you want to take and the app will calculate time and toll costs. Also can view what traffic is like on your route and change of you want. But you should not do this while driving.

So far so good. I made an express lanes account and signed up for text alerts. I've been looking at the video feeds before I go to work this week and it's really useful to be able to see how the traffic is. Tip for users- the sign in page is for express lanes accounts (not ezpass) so you can sign up for text alerts and if you add your license plate number you can pay for a missed toll if you accidentally use the lanes without an ezpass. Awesome feature. Overall I really like it so far!

Recommendations will be to have a more visible link to EZPass and an alert when we have past due bills. Love the cameras and the alerts to advise of pricing at our choice of entrance points at any given time of day.

Can't connect account... Keep asking password with 10 character.... The online account don't need 10 character and special symbol... Please fix....

You can pay your toll with ease! By far the most handy thing ever when dealing with toll roads. The app also allows you to gain an understanding of the toll roads, gives you real time traffic flow with camera view of the roads (yes you can actually see the freeway in real time) and provides map locations for on and off ramps. This is a keeper.

Couldn't even set up an acct. It kept telling me the password needs to be this oong with these characters etc....tried multiples times none took so uninstalling.

App loads fast. The traffic video feature is really useful for my commute. Super easy to see toll pricing and pay toll. Great job!

App is not letting me in even though pw is correct and meets security requirements.

App is not stable, crashed several times on route selection. After that, it's stuck on a Get New Route? screen making map useless. As with others, it wants a complex password and email for user name, unlike what you need for online account. So, app is basically useless, and I wasted about 30 minutes of my life on it...

Login doesn't work properly. I'm able to login to the website just fine, so I know it is correct. Otherwise, awesome idea. The cameras I've looked at are far better than Traffic Land. Fix the login issue and I'll raise the rating.

Very user friendly, highly recommend.

App is easy to navigate and I like being able to visibly check traffic via the cameras. I was able to login following the password prompt (just have to remember the non-alphanumeric character...which I didn't have at first.) It's just like the website.

App looks slick! You can create an account from within the app! I like that you can see all the entry points on a map from within the app.

Password hell.... needs a complex password, rejects all of the ones I suggest. Once you are in the app, it does not really provide you with meaningful info. Pass on this app. I uninstalled it already.
