The app displays pictures of each category but then to view any product further, it takes you to their website via your internet browser instead of staying within the app. So you can't actually view anything inside the app itself but might as well just go straight to their website, which defeats the purpose of even having an app in the first place. It's almost really just a display portal that does nothing with no functionality of its own.

and the checkout is via website, not in the app. Their mobile app has similar issues (ie database of products is not the same as the full website) pointless...
