This is really just yet another free shortcut to your phone's built in wifi hotspot tethering, which will most likely charge you a monthly fee. It does not offer free tethering without rooting.

Of course, everyone fails to mention this nothing more than a glorified shortcut app. It doesnt work around anything, so you still have to pay your provider a tethering fee every month. Why else would you even want this? UNINSTALL
