When I had a crappy phone I didn't care about rooting it and I used open garden wifi tether. Now that I have an s3 I don't want to put it at risk so I wanted it without root but free. Hotspot costs money on sprint. U people are liers. Fags

Does not work on my T-Mobile galaxy s3, I pretty sure it's not the app, I've download every possible app on the Googlestore for tethering & nothing works even downloaded apps off internet sights. It all had to do with the restrictions your cell phone provider has built to block these developers apps.
