Keeps getting better. Needs updated for Android 6.0. New icon is really horrible. Bug fix log doesn't give any good details or what changes have been made.

A year ago it was great. Now I can't even open the app it keeps crashing. One of the reasons I liked this app was it was east to use please fix bugs I'm uninstalling

I loved this app until I got locked out once. I called customer service and got unlocked. Since every time I open the app it crashes and stops as the dashboard opens. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still crashes now. Almost a month later and several uninstall and still crashes as dashboard opens... update I'm an idiot just move your font back to normal size and the app works fine

When the app icon changed it threw me off because the name was different and then I wasn't able to log in for days. Today, I finally uninstalled and reinstalled and I was able to get in again.

I went to use experian and this app is in its place. Then i realize the name change

I have to uninstall and reinstall this app about every other week or so. It has become very annoying.

Just installed it as a mobile app. Did not know that"free" meant a fee according to some reviews.

Decent app while it worked.

It was a good app but it's broken and doesn't work I think they're aware of the situation but haven't done anything about it yet.

It hasn't worked properly in a long time. Most of the time it takes 5 or more minutes to log on, and half the time it doesn't log on at all.

It doesn't have whatever accounts are in arrears or have reported derogatory remarks

Me, like many others on here, can not login.... It use to work, don't know what happened but it needs to be fixed!

It crashes every time I try to use it since the Galaxy S7 update.

Want to see what info is out there on you well this site tells all.

This keeps me in the know and let's me know how my credit looks. No fingerprint authentication gets three stars.

App hasn't let me log in

The app doesn't work, I have to log into the computer.

Will definitely keep tabs on when anything new occurs in your credit

It helps me monitor my credit score carefully with alerts to help me prevent identity theft.

Keeps freezing up and going to the login page

App has not been working. Won't go past initial sign in screen.

Doesn't allow me to "Sign Up" just request that I Sign in...

It would be logic for new users to sign up..

I try to check my messages and the system tells me that my account is locked. I call customer service with no help. I tell them I've been unable to use my account in over 2 months. They tell me to go online. But what about the app. That is the whole reason why I pay for this service. Nope, doesn't matter that I can't use it. Even though when I check the emails, the links default to the app. They're solution, "you can cancel and be refunded the last month." Wow... simply, wow. I cancelled. This was horrible.

Overall I like the app. It let's me know what accounts I have on my credit. As far as what I don't like is the fact that the credit score is not true. My score showed 684 and my actual score when my credit was pulled was a 731. I expect to see a valid credit score if I am paying a membership fee. Another thing I don't like is that it doesn't show you items that are in collections. Credit karma is free for the other 2 credit agencies and has a lot more info available than what I pay monthly for with experian

I loved the app but the score simulator no longer works. It just freezes and does nothing. *update* the issue has been resolved. Experian has the best membership because it now includes all three credit bureau's reports and scores! This has helped me in monitoring and fixing my credit.

1. Do Not Download. 2. Not for Free. 3. You can't sign in even if you have an account or let you sign up. A total Scheme on top of that do not use experian call centers they are all out side United state they stole my info Americans are not secured with experian at all. They ruined my credit and Toke them months to fix by me calling and calling I still have problems they are not fixing so I am now scared of using experian.

I have been monitoring my credit for quite a while now and find the experien app a useful tool to do that. It gives me up to date info and alerts about FICO score changes. Keep up the good work

I haven't been able to access this app for two weeks due to an internal server error. After being on hold for over an hour this morning and transferred to two agents neither could help me with an adjustment to my account. So no problem taking my money, but no help when I have a problem. Just passed along from person to person with no assistance. Thinking of cancelling service since I get my Experian about from AMEX for free. Why am I paying for poor IT and even poorer customer service.

I've used this app, and its precursor, for a couple years and have been very happy. Recently I haven't been able to access my account and realized it was because the account was connected with an old bank I used back home. I signed into my account to update my card info and it would not accept my new debit card - and I used a debit card before. Very aggravating so I took my business elsewhere.

Piece of junk. I've downloaded this app idk how many times and it wont open. Its updated but the danm app wont open. I've had this app for years and have been a member for 3 yrs. Last 3 months its like not getting my money's worth. I switch my review from 5 stars to 1 star because of this.

App has not worked in the last 60 days, despite in installing and reinstalling. I wonder if they will refund monthly fees to everyone who can't use the app to access the services paid for?

4 weeks later-reinstalled-still never opens. Since update I haven't been able to open app. It sits on initial page like it is trying to open but never does. It has become garbage app-time to uninstall.

I'm very pleased with this app. I am a little confused that there's this app and then the other Experian free credit report app. My sign in details don't work on the free app, but they have fingerprint support for the app. While this out I pay however much money it is from Experian to have the account, yet I don't get fingerprint support. Seems kind of backwards. I feel like the members-only app should have fingerprint support and not the free one. Just an idea

This app gives no Create An Account option , and I cannot log in! Sounds like Phishing to obtain more info!

All the info I provided doesn't match their information in the system. I don't get it! Called experian and they said NOT to use this app.

The app is really useful to keep track of your credit score and to see any changes that occur. So far I haven't had a y issues it it. Recommend!
