1 – Use the rapid-fire receipt capture to easily capture and upload receipts to an ExpenseWatch Receipts queue for use later, whether you build expense reports with the mobile app or through logging into the online system.
2 – As an expense report submitter, you can easily create, view, edit and route expense reports for approval. Uploaded credit card charges, travel itineraries and receipts kick start expense line items, while a manual option lets you add cash-out-of-pocket and mileage line items for reimbursement.

The app is slightly better than the initial release but still very rough. Specifically, it would be super useful to be able to add a placeholder entry for mileage even if we need to add the mileage map via the web later.

I enjoy being able to get the picture of the receipt right away and being able to add it to my expense list.

This new version does exactly what I needed it to. I quickly added receipts from my photo gallery, filled in the info and submitted the report. I logged in on my computer to check on it and it appeared as submitted. This will save me time by allowing me to submit expenses as I incur them, rather than having to wait until I'm at the computer, where there's always a dozen other things demanding my attention. Installed on Galaxy Note II. NOTE: All reviews dated before May 18 are for an older version!

With the old verion I could actually use it in a reasonable time and take good photos of my receipts without shadows or good lighting. The new app requires all areas to be filled out before you can even save it and the worst part is the app does not allow the use of the flash ! How do you take decent photos of your receipts?

I had the opportunity to help with the beta testing of app and it does exactly what it needs to do. Integration with the desktop version is great and everything can be done in the app itself.

It's actually embarrassing how bad this app is. The functionality, the lack of features and the fact that it looks like it's from Android 2.0. Pathetic.

Unfortunately my company uses this app for reports as well too bad there's no democracy in regards to what app we use! I agree with the other user....the developer should be fired and have his fingers broken, or better yet make him/her spend countless hours actually using it with repeated failures to upload the photo or simply stop working! My coworker reported the app not being compatible with the galaxy S5 but got BS'd that it does......IT DOES NOT!!!

iOS version works fine while this one force closes so often I eventually give up and open my browser. It doesn't save login info so every time I use it I must manually enter my login ID and password. Really?! Luckily, my company issued me an iPad so I can usually whip it out and use the iOS version but it would be nice if people with big boy phones could use the app. Why not just fire the person responsible for this and hire someone with a few experience designing Droid apps?

My company uses EW and so I was happy to see the app. I have the same problem as others. get repeated "session has expired" or "can not login" messages (exev though I can then quit, move to my browser, and get right in. When I do manage to login, it IMMEDIATELY crashes EVERY time. Why release something like this?

This is useless on galaxy s5. When I tried to login, it consistently give me your session is expired error. After a few retry it crashes. I knew my ID and password is right because I can login to website. Update: the issue is fixed now.

Looks like an OK app for creating reports but not for management. Reports reviewed on Droid Bionic can be opened and examined but then I'm only able to back out and "quick approve". Rejection and comments don't seem to function :-(

Does exactly what I need. Allows me to quickly add expense items to my expensewatch report and attach an image of the receipt. Must use the expensewatch website to verify and route your report.
