The pictures are so blurry when they get uploaded that my company rejects my reports all the time. App is useless. Using galaxy s8+ nothing is wrong with the camera.

Very bad experience. Crashes very frequently and have sync issues as well. Not recommend to use this, use the web version instead.

App is better than desktop or web version, however, still needs a bit of work. 1. Lags even on top tier phones. 2. No way to attach PDF receipts, only photos. 3. Data entry is unnecessarily cumbersome. 4 Also, crashes often. Still waiting for fixes, and waiting for the updated web interface. Expensify is better and cheaper. Only use because my company requires it.

My company switched to this app a few months ago. It has been OK but the server goes down making it so I am unable to login to submit reports.

App has some issues. Locks up when "downloading configuration". Forced to close and restart the app. Also it seems like the developers have never filed an expense report before. It would be much easier to start with a receipt and then apply it to a report not root around for receipts that belong to a particular report. The recent website update did no favors for this product.

Receits do not attach to specific transactions as it should. Only option left is to add to ebin which makes the full report a real pain later in the month. Please fix this.... using Galaxy Note 5 android 6

This app constantly looses my custom entries and I have to keep logging back in. The app is getting to be more trouble than useful when I travel.

No more dreaded expense reports!

Been having issues lately. App will logout on its own and when I enter login information it says that my information is incorrect. If I login with the same information via desktop, successful login. If I delete and reinstall the app, it will work for about 5 minutes before logging out and asking me.to sign back in.

The single worst program I've ever used. Would rather use a crayon and toilet paper then this program.

App works great after installing. The next day, I can't log in and get error message.

Always does what I want. Cannot believe the low rating?

Unusable. It duplicates entries, duplicates attendees at meals and when I try to submit expenses it tells me that I don't have internet connectivity when I do.

Full of bugs. First time I used it didn't calculate the total amount . Second time it did calculate it but removed the receipts . Please use this App if you want to get embarrassed in front of your upper management.

Missing receipts, can't use take photo option, I could go on for days. Support is horrendous too.

Wont let me select payment method

Every time I try to create a new expense report it crashes. Not a good start.

But not anymore after the latest updates. Been using it for 2 years and I can't believe they rolled out an update that stopped people from using it. I tried on another phone and it's the same!

The software does what it says it does. The interface is ok but the app is slow and fickle. The uploading and interaction with the servers are show no matter your connection. Keep expectations low and you won't be disappointed.

Cannot do half of the things the desktop or Web version can do. No hotel genie, which I think would be essential for a mobile app. Only thing it's good for is uploading and attaching receipts.

Major problems trying to use offline in Europe. Applied Euro to Dollar conversion incorrectly. Stored info lost...

A lot of bugs. Kicks you out online and in the app as you're doing a report. Have to log in repeatedly to finish report. Very frustrating.

This was working great until I upgraded. Now I can't create expenses, all I can do is upload receipts. I can't put in an amount until I enter an expense type, which would be ok except the app can't find any expense types, meaning I'm stuck. Functionality is greatly finished now.

What's the point of keeping up with me expenses when this app will only import 4 out of 20 receipts. I take a picute (using the app) of every receipt. When I go to my e-bin on the insperity website only a fraction of those images are there. So I have to do my expenses all over again. I know there are better companies for hr solutions and I will be recommending my company drop insperity.

Useless for anything but taking pictures of receipts. Have to send to system and do all data entry on computer now. Please fix! This is related to 3.2.2 and not an older version!

Software is buggy to say the least, restrictive and repetitive. Takes 4 times the time than old paper type reports.

Could be better though. For example, adding an optional free text comment to an entry would help a lot.

Does not work on samsung galaxy

You guys are killing me. Who do you get to do your QA, chimpanzees?! Still crashes, and after that, refuses to upload pictures, and resets all the data when the picture is taken. Do you even use your own app?! On the other hand, you get what you pay for. It is free after all, but sheesh.

This has worked great for me until today; it won't open. I have it on two phones and it won't open on either phone. Please fix. Also would love if I could enter millage from the app.

Snap photo of receipt, send it and throw away receipt! Thanks for adding approval but don't stop winning me back now expensable. Keep adding more

This was working OK even on my new Samsung Galaxy but as of 2/20/12 is has stopped working on my Samsung smart phone and my I-pad. Needs to get fixed.

Does not send typed info with pic, u have to reenter info when u go to attach.u Login has not been consistent from DROID ph

I can take the picture but can't attach. That's the important part.

This would be an awesome program if it didn't crash after taking photo....
