While trying to book through app, it says online booking exceeded, pls book online or at counter! Booking through app is not considered online or what? Ridiculous app..you guys should be learning from pvr app..dont even deserve 1 star!

Fixed previous update??? Still don't have loyalty page not fixed. Will it be fixed or this won't be work ever?

The app is asking for the verification code sent to my mobile number but that text has been deleted and I have no way of retrieving it. Make an option to re-send the verification code.

How do I change my pw if I forgot that

You didn't remove previous bug but removed everything. After update, I am not unable to view movies and all.

My loyalty section is always under maintenance in the app as well as the website. We also want to know the total number of tickets purchased so far because the people at the ticket counter says one thing and when I count the total tickets, it's totally different. They have cheated mw with many free tickets.

Handy app to start with. Pretty hard for me to first find my personal QR code. So please kindly mention to tilt phone in landscape mode to get peraonal QR code in app description. And hope loyalty section functions soon also please enable exit feature on back key press.

Even when I login with the valid email id and password it doesn't get logged in...But when I try logging in from browser with the same I'd and password I am able to log in...I think there is some bug for some users while login in the app.

I really love the app. Very handy indeed. Good thoughts on HCI principles for the design. If you guys could add a functionality to exit the app by hitting back button twice on Android, that would do it for a lot of users.

Password can't be changed and if I make reservations from mobile app that reservation is not show in Web login and vice-versa. I have complained this problem at qfx civil but it seems to be ignoring customer

It still isn't an app. And the new system of receiving tickets is utter crap. I bought tickets from my laptop and apparently now we don't get tickets in our mail. So basically i need to get an app on my phone. What if one doesn't have a smartphone? This is just nonsense. I recently got tickets for my uncle, how am I supposed to send it he doesn't have a smartphone. Previously i could print the tickets now i can't do that. Don't over complicate things. And don't even get me started on the app itself. Any amateur developer can make much better this. Thus deserves negative ratings.

Creating an app for something doesn't make you cool if the app is awful to use. Users should find it easy rather than have a hard time to go through the app.

"Your booking limit has exceeded". And now I can't book a ticket easily. Please explain this.

The UI/UX has improved and still features need to be updated. The QR code replacing the card is pretty cool.

When ever i try to link my membership number and old account it respond saying incorrect Id password though I am reserving and buying tickets from the account. Login attempt is quite hard.

I can't even login with valid username and password. But with the same password and username it opens in browsers. Any alternate ways to get may QR code

App get stuck with "waiting for third party to respond" whenever I try to pay via nibl

Cannot exit once I open the app. It's a major issue in app. You should fix it asap

If u make app first make all the tabs work, fix send ticket and loyalty points.

Not so good UI/UX. But worth a try for quick result as did not need to visit website.

Please make buying tickets available up to 15 minutes before the show while purchasing through app.
