Food is my passion and where I find true happiness. I have always been a creative person, so cooking for me is a way to express myself in different artistic ways. I beleive that your energy transfers right through your fingertips into your food, so is important to love what you do. Training in Vancouver, Chef John has has found a passion cooking many different ethnic inpired dishes keeping his food exciting, fresh, healthy and satisfying.
