Useless. Can't log in

Can't login since last week. Tested same login online which works fine. Plz help
Easy way for myself to keep track of my NBN data usage.
Does not include a data usage widget... What's the point?!
Can't login. Can log into web, not mobile app.
This app used to work... I could log in and see how much of the data I had used in a month. It was pretty limited, and totally lost my upgrade order.... But at least it worked for that. Newer updates have introduced a new feature.... No login. This means you can install the app, and not login. No login means no details, no nothing. This is now a completely pointless app. Just another sign of the terrible customer service provided by this company.
Home broadband usage there which is great, but mobile usage only shows data, not call credit or SMS! This is silly. Also, there's a menu button in the bottom-right corner that does nothing. I note on the About page that the app was designed for Android 2.3 - wow. What a relic. Not nice.
The app no longer works. It does not accept a correct username and password combination. Tried reinstalling, this didn't fix the issue. Please fix this Exetel.
Needs some widgets for displaying usage of calls, data etc for phones, broadband and so on. This used to work for me, but now it tells me that my logon is invalid. Tried reinstalling, still doesn't work.
Positives: provides basic information Improvements needed: - improve the Graphics - fix issue with invoice not loading - allow application exit by backing out of the current screen rather than having to go to the tools screen and clicking on exit.
I can login on web but this app keep saying username or password invalid.
This app is no longer supported by its developers. Maybe they should announce this!
Can't even log in and yes my username and password are correct.
Worked most of the time on my old phone, but never worked on my new phone (said username and password were incorrect)

App is fine. No problem with keeping up to date with home adsl daily usage or account info. I recommend it.
Checked mobile usage - works good, and info accurate. Checked invoices (several) and Received 400 error, page not found on server. That's all we know. Missing a logout option.

Its a bit useless app. For mobiles, it only shows you the data usage. No phone, sms credit. With invoices, it shows the list of all of them but if you wanna open one, it gives you an error (400 - whatever that means).
Wont login on my s4 or on my s5
No call or sms usage. Clunky interface with Exit buried in the Tools menu. Link for invoice details results in page not found.

Okay when using galaxy s3 with member username & password (not modem). Program force closes when trying to view ADSL usage. Can view plan and invoices okay. Won't work with my tablet (note 10.1) because it doesn't have a soft menu button like most android phones I cannot access settings menu to log in
Can't log in under my username and password so not a good start....app has failed before I can even begin to use it! Can't log in using mobile number either
Works well. I have our ADSL plus 3 mobile accounts on it. The mobile usage however shows identical amounts 2 days in a row, so its confusing.
Login failed even though I was able to login at the members area at the website.

I guess it could work well. It is a scaled down version of the members facility on the web. Under the adsl the usage button hangs the phone.. And to get it back i have to remove the battery and cover what a waste of time. Cant the programmers just look at what is needed. I need something to keep track of my four mobiles , 3 for the kids and those costs can get out of hand. Come one Exetel. Bring us a very decent usage meter widget!

Crashed both times I tried to run it so I uninstalled. Been with Exetel for years and this app falls way short of the professionalism I have come to know from the company. Best thing they can do is pull this app and avoid embarrassment.
Don't bother downloading, unstable, constant fc
The app requires account details, but the is no settings to put them in on the galaxy nexus!
