Fuel Rewards® program

This is an awesome app. I love the savings on gas, and the rewards add up very quickly. Each week I get about 30 cents off a gallon, so I am literally paying $2 a gallon. I also connected my credit and debit cards to the app so that I can get even more deals and savings. I am so grateful to the cashier at Shell that informed me about this little gem. I REPEAT, AWESOME APP !!!!

I'm already using the Fuel Rewards card, and it is saving me a nice chunk of change. Where I live, 85 octane is running 2.439 per gallon, while 88 octane is currently at $2.539 (well above the national average), so every little bit of savings helps! But, still keep an eye out for fuel prices at other stations though, sometimes they are priced lower than my FR discounted price!

app and shell never want to work and add rewards after visits. I've done several fill ups with my wife and my vehicles with Vpower, typed in number at the pump and gained a whopping $0.05..... contacted CS and they told me oh well. Some Shell stations don't always work.

I love the new buy 8 gals upon fill up and get 5 cents off on next purchase! Not sure if the get 4 fillups of 8 gals to get a 25 cent added discount is very eco friendly. Plus when I can only fill up with 8 gals that's using 32 gals of gas in a month to get $2 discount at the end.

So far so good. Used my first .30$ off, no issues. Gas prices are accurate on the app. Not a huge Shell person, I can usually find better prices elsewhere but the perks might just make me a fan.

UPDATE 4/25/17: Don't download the update! Unexpected error message is all you will get. If they don't come out with a fix, I will have to delete. 2/17/17--App is ok provdes good info on rewards, but I rate it lower because it can't be moved to the phone SD card so it takes up valuable phone storage space when you don't use it that often or really need it.

Alt ID Doesn't work. Received 25 cent promo discount and couldn't use it. Customer service did not help and did not extend expiration date on promo so that I could get card to use. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I use My fuel rewards card every time I but gas at Shell. Very easy to use. The more u shop the more u save. Just found out that there are so many stores you can shop online and save even more on gas.

T-mobile inspired me to get this app by offering 25cents a gallon. I just started using this about a month ago. I love it! I filled up today and saved .40cents per gallon. Total of $4.31 on this fill up! $1.15 of savings this month. That's huge!

Great concept but it just doesn't work. Tried multiple times on multiple devices to register and it just kept giving me an error message. Can't help but feel like it's just a phishing scheme. If it is it worked, I disclosed all the info it needed

Wish I had done this sooner, great app. It was a little hard for me to figure out the sign up and transfer of discounts but I finally figured it out!

At the beginning was working great,and receiving good discounts , I also link my credit card. But for a month is not giving me any credit. Hope fix this problem!

I dont understand this app. My rewards balance says one thing yet I only receive 3 vents off on my gas? Can someone explain how this works?

App works fine no problems redeeming rewards, just wish it was easier to EARN rewards. IF WE GET REWARDED FOR USING SHELL GAS WE WILL BUY MORE GAS!! Make it happen.

I had a bad experience a week ago with error messages but it has been fixed. I used it today and it worked great. I saved 30 cents a gallon. If the app continues to work properly I will give it 5 stars.

It's useful. It had me bouncing around trying to understand everything but that may be because I didn't understand the Rewards Program and not so much the ap's fault.

Hate to loose this rewards company. Awesome program, bad stores in Louisiana. Just started using the YNotStop St.Romain Oil company again and this time I'm done with Shell Station. Crappy service outrageous prices.

I love using this card, but I was BULLIED into downloading this app!! I tried to use their website on my cell and it immediately tells me to "view on a larger device or download our app." So I try to use the website on my 11.6 inch tablet--get the SAME MESSAGE! So I had no choice, but to download their app...

I wish I would have had this app longer. Who doesn't love to save money?!

The app design is decent, but there is a serious issue with battery drain. I haven't even opened the app today and it is reported as using 4% of my total battery life today. The is no reason for this app too be consuming anywhere close to this amount of battery in the background OR foreground. I will no longer use this app until this issue is addressed and resolved.

Can't add my Ralphs card for rewards which gives me she'll rewards? What crap is that. I get to use 2 numbers rewards numbers, im thrilled.

It's as if FR and Shell couldn't figure how to make their apps talk to each other. T-Mobile promises $0.25 off per gallon, FR/Shell offers $0.10, and when I fuel, I got $0.00 discount. Redeem code, what redeem code?! You'd think that the lynch pin to making this work would be easily accessible to users.

Love it...Only problem is I have the app, but not an actual card and not all gas pumps will recognize my Alt. ID Number the app assigned me..Other than that it's GREAT

Very useful app. Love how the program and app save me $. I wish there was an easier way id myself at the pump other than entering my alt id #. It would be nice if just by using your credit card it would know you and apply points that way.

When I first downloaded the app it located the nearest station. But the station at the time isn't one I regularly use, till this day I'm still trying to add the station by my house. What comes up is the 1st station it found which is 20 miles away!

Had a little trouble setting the password but now everything is working like it should. The app is great and the savings is super nice. Thanks

It's so convenient to have discount and gas station locator in the same app! I haven't used any gas but Shell since the day I installed this app. Bravo!

Pretty easy to use. I suggest signing your devout or credit card up that you normally use to pump gas. You definitely get better offers that way. If you choose not too the savings are pretty good without it

Doesn't let me sign up via the app. Keeps insisting I need a password at least 8 characters long. Password I'm trying to use is 17 characters long. Is 17 < 8?

I have saved quite a bit at the gas station. App opens easily and balance is quickly updated and obvious. Tells where closest stations are and prices. Nice!

Easy to use. Many rewards are dependent on you eating out a lot. Also shell and participating grocery stores are scarce up north in NY.

My car runs best on Premium gas. This app is a lifesaver because it saves money and I sometimes get money off if I use my credit card, liked to the account, other places. It's definitely an app worth having.

Never applied discount at the pump even when it said it was. Tried 3 different times using 3 different methods. Overpaid each time.

Super easy to use and so many ways to earn discounts...I always save at the pump when I fill up. Anywhere from 5¢ - 25¢ a gallon! Every penny helps...Thank you for a great app

It sucks because I'm not going to drive 25 miles just to get a discount. As a friend of mine said (It Ain't whorfit ). You need to give 30 cents off per gallon at marathon circle k on tusc then more people could use it. There is a lot more but they didn't do the app because the app because there is no place to buy the fuel.

Ate more battery then android OS. 7x any other app. Either buggy or inexcusable amount of user location tracking.

ID code wouldn't work at pump, then reward disappeared. Error message all the time

I love this app! Not only do I get rewarded for buying stuff but I love that it gives updated prices.

Very great app and program..my car requires premium, so it honestly saves me a ton..the added savings from other vendors is a great bonus..you guys are ahead of the game with this..rewards as apposed to signing up for a credit card!? Genius...thank you
