Works great on Droid razor max HD. Great way to keep up with your utility usage. Love the fact I can show my kids what days they used more so they are more aware of lights and such bring left on. Have been coming home to things being off more and more. Also keeps track of water so you know real fast if something is wrong.

It's useful. I like being able to see my usage, but I agree with others, I would like to be able to make payment from app, not a totally different app. Also, an hourly usage or even if you could divide the day up like 6am-3pm, 3pm-6am, something like that. That could help customers pinpoint their high usage times and appliances.

I want to be able to make a payment from the app. And every time I log into it, it takes FOREVER then it come up with a time out error. I have to log in 3 or 4 times before I can even get into it. I know I'm not the only one experiencing the issue.

Like the fact I can see exactly how much I use day to day, that way I can adjust different things to try so I can better my usage. Only thing I would like to see is a way to make payments instead of having to leave this app and go to another to make a payment.

I just had a $3000 new energy efficient central unit installed and for like 2 days it went down by 1/4 then bounced back up again.... they took a few days to update myusage... I think its the power company that sucks the app seems ok

App keeps stopping whenever I press the refresh key. Needs to have some bugs ironed out. Overall is an OK app though it would be more helpful if payments could be made from this app.

I like being able to monitor my usage, however for the last 2 weeks I have been unable to log in to the app. I can log in to the website though. Very frustrating.

App allows me to monitor my usage hourly to see how I can minimize my usage and cost

It tells you how much you use daily I like that so u can turn stuff off that your not using.. but I havnt been there for a week and it still shows I'm using the same amount when I was staying there. I don't understand that but over all it a good app

The app it's self is great maybe a way to pay though the app would be nice but nit yet convinced about How accurate it is once accuracy has been confirmed will give 4 stars one have real time data will give five stars.

I can't even get on the app. It keeps telling me bad user name or password. No matter what email or password combination I try to use.

I like being able to track everyday how much usage we use daily. I feel like I'm more alert on making sure to turn lights off before I leave a room because you can see daily how much energy you used.

Since I'm on the My Way plan it helps keep track of when I need to add more money to my account. I also get to find out which settings work best for as it relates to my A/C

Love it and how I can keep track of what we are spending and what we are spending it on. Only suggestion is to add an option where we can make our payments on the app as well. Then there will be 5 stars.

The app when it loads is great. But it never loads the first time. Always have to retry many times, that gets very irritating.

Does exactly what they say it does love the fact that I can monitor her at all times only thing that sucks is you can't add money or pay your bill with the app

For some reason it is showing my daily usage twice on my app. I tried to refresh and that doesnt work either. It just started happening.

Can't use this alp says account already in use. Can't make user name or password. Need help to figure this out

It's a great way to keep up with my electricity and manage my money. Just wish I could add money with the app.

I like keeping track on a daily. I feel so in control of my usage this way. Don't CHANGE!

Its not good for me that I have to pay at least 20 dollars on a 5.68 dollars total balance for utility bill. Please let us make minimum of balance of the total bill.please

You by mistake sign out, gives you a hard time to sign in again.

This is a great way to keep up with my usage, I just wish I can make a payment on the app.

I had to people about it and tgey yad downloaded the app to there phones. It's great I don't have to go online amymore just to see how much I have left on my account but I agree with everyone else I would like to make a payment on the app so I don't have to wait in lines to pay my bill.

Not always accurate and does not give enough explanation how money is getting divided up

Great app!! I wished this app will allow payments to be made through it. Also more hourly usage information. Other than these concerns everything else is awesome.

I haven't had any problems to date. Seems pretty easy.

Only thing that would make it better is to be able to pay my bill from the app. It's very convenient otherwise!

This app is okay but doesnt explain what the lines on the graph even mean...except the ones that report kwts used. What is the red and blue line...?

Very useful and handy app. Allows you to see your account usage and balance whenever you want from wherever you are. Has never gave me any trouble at all...but I do wish we could make paymemts from the app.

Great way to control how much of my hard earned pennies get taken away by the electric company.

I check my usage every day. Very helpful. I wonder how they come up with the total usage amount some times.

It shows your usage and the temperature. You can see how the weather changes your power bill.

I mean u can check your account but it needs more features like a way to pay your bill for one and maybe a better graph system to show when and what was exactly used

Tried setting up an account. Entered New York as my state. Doesn't have any utility connection with New York. So I can't use it. Other states are in the same boat. Downloaded the app from Google Play. That didn't work either as it asks for a username and password to set up , buy doesn't tell you any of the requirements for the username or password (I.e. length; characters; etc). So you have to guess. I guessed 7 times wrong. Then gave up and uninstalled it. Wasted my energy instead of saving it .

Do not let you log on saying bad password or username. In which I got it written down.

If it worked all the time it'd be great. Needs a way to make payments.

I'm always having problems. It never lets me log in and always takes about 3-4 tries before it lets me on.

My Mom is elderly and this helps me keep track of her balance so I don't have to worry about her account balance. Also, a payment option would be beneficial as well.
