Worry Box---Anxiety Self-Help for Android
I have used it only a short period of time, but I believe it has been very helpful. The articles are helpful, but they don't preach. The worry box, for problems helps you to realize how important your worries are and to think through your options. I don't do especially well with psychologist. This gives me the same techniques to use, minus the long drive, medical bills, and feelings that often you are talking to yourself.
Bloody love this app. find I go to some dark places in my mind at times and when I need to be pulled back I come to this app and it has bought me out of them each time. Gotta give it time as these things do not have an instant fix. I highly recommend this app over others I have tried.
It's very different. I like how it gives you phrases to say to yourself to help you manage your worry. It's not an app to fix all your problems overnight, but it does seem healthier than what my brain does without help.
I cannot find my previous worries to prove to myself that they didn't come true. Thanks guys.NOT!!!!! U have destroyed my faith in this ap. It is 5.30 am and I will never get to sleep now. I HATE that u changed this ap. U KNOW that anxious ppl need some predictability in their life. Your pretty tree pics have done NOTHING for me. Not happy. The 1 thing that was helping has been yet again been ripped away from me. I cannot even use this ap anymore. It is too hard. I was hoping to get some comfort tonight but u have failed me. This is a constant theme in my life.....i will never be able to relax or trust

I find this app so very useful, specially because most of it is based upon the authentic CBT approach. A great app for me at this juncture as I am also undertaking therapy. Good to see so much relevant content on good mental health at one place.
I like the way I can make a diary of my worries and look back to see if I still feel the same , the choice of positive outcomes I can add is brilliant, really nice app ,changes the way I look at things , and the guided relaxations are really cool ,very soothing
This app has been so helpful. I really like it and i will be sharing this with my counselor and my friends who struggle with anxiety and depression.
It's amazing, meditation audio is just what I needed! I can express my feelings, worries, my goals, and look back and read them, thanks for this wonderful worry box app!
I got excited to download and use this app because it said, "Use the worry cognitive diary to help you determine how to cope with the worry." I thought it meant that I could write all my worries and it would prioritize my next steps. Um, that's a big NO! You can write your worries and rate each of them yourself, in 2 categories: importance and actionability (is it controllable?) but it doesn't rate or prioritize them on its own. It has a bunch of other info and stuff about mindfulness, but if I had time and inclination to pay attention to the piece of fruit I'm eating, and if I thought that'd help my life, I'd rate this app higher; but I've been there, done that, and it's too boring and time consuming to hold my interest. So, bye-bye app, and unless you're a newbie at having anxiety, or just exploring self-help apps, you prolly shouldn't bother to download this app.

I was skeptical about apps like this until my doctor recommended I look into it but it's actually very helpful. My only complaint is the UI design feels scattered and not very intuitive.
Not particularly user friendly, the display is awful! Be aware, one of the 'coping strategies' is 'hand it over to god'??? I'm sorry, what???
Now when I open the app it's stuck on - I guess - an affirmation or question, and doesn't move from there. What happened and what am I supposed to do with that? Perhaps label it so when the visitor returns, they don't have to question the navigation. There's a reason a person visits and it's not to play games. Js
I suffer from severe anxiety. This helped me to relax just after using it once. I'll keep using it as long as it helps.
I love the guided meditation it calms my mind and puts me to sleep. I also love the idea of putting my worries away into a box before I meditate and relax

At first wouldnt download..managed to download after a few days.then tried audios.total silence.ie nothing.tried the website.same.still unusable for mobiles.junk
I like this app. I use it often. I usually follow up with the happy habits app after putting a worry away.
The ads they use constantly flash or scroll, just above the keypad and as a person with ADHD, it makes me lose my focus all the time in the middle of an important concern! It is impacting the effectiveness of the app in a very negative way by causing me stress. Why would you ruin such a great and helpful product with flashing and scrolling ads that make you lose your train of thought???? Its so bad that I have to stop typing to click the little x to make them sit still for a minute biu then they start agai
Its really good. Its nice to write these things out and have positive, motivational things to help. The one problem is that it doesnt always log out when I log out. Itll let me in sometimrs when i log out and leave the app alone for a bit. The only time it really eorks is if i try to get in immediately after logging out. Which isnt very helpful. Regardless its a pretty good app.
This is more up to date then Dr's are. It makes more sense then the group I attended. Mine started with lost with dad n yr an half later my daughter passed. Turned my world upside down then abuse. There's more but realising is half the battle. This up to date app helps. Thank u!

Her voice is the calmest voice I've found. The guidance is outstanding. The variety of audio is astonishing. I need more room on my phone to download all of the apps! Thank you for helping me & my 8 year old daughter gain peace for years! We are grateful!
Love this! The relaxtion audio helps put me to sleep right away. It would be awesome if you can add more 25 minute ones!
I rarely give my opinion about apps. However, there are a lot of tools being offered here for free to help you find peace, happiness, and acceptance. As well as so much more. It is more than worth your time to take a look at and try out all the tools which include audio, as well as several articles to supplement the audio. Please take a look, it has something for everybody.
Great app, but when I try to log out it just takes me back to my phone's home screen. Not sure if I'm not doing something right or what, but as of now the logout/password option seems pointless.
I was looking for an app to use with clients in my clinical work and I really like this one. Having both the relaxation tracks and a way to challenge unhelpful thoughts was great. I would have liked to have a way to list your own alternative coping statements along with the canned ones.
Extremely helpful and effective. Cannot exit the app though. Logout just displays another helpful quote on my android.

I've done a bit of CBT during my life and truly believe everyone can benefit from it. This app provides a huge variety of fantastic texts and audios to help tackle all aspects of anxiety and generally support anyone who has a tendency to worry. Thank you. It's certainly helped me!

It's not very user friendly with so much going on on the screen. Great content though... just needs to be streamlined a bit.

I'm going thru therapy and this apps audios make doing my mindfulness exercises so much easier. Also my emotion regulation training. I've looked at a few others and none are as good, u just have to get used to how to use it
