To be honest, this app did more to help me in a few minutes than what some therapists were able to manage in an hour. The audio tapes are soothing and calming, and as you listen to them, you feel your worries recede into the background. Major props to the makers of this - it's a lifesaver.

Love this as well as all the Excel at Life apps. Would like to suggest settings for reminders to be customizable. Being reminded at 6 a.m. everyday with no option to change doesn't always work for everone's schedule.

This app, as well as the app, "Stop Panic & Anxiety" are both phenomenal. It's kinda similar to a meditation mindset, if you don't allow yourself to get in tune with the audio, you'll just waste your time. But if you really give it a shot with an open mind, it will surprise you. Thank you to the creator of this... I am the type of person who sometimes struggles with effective communication and word choice, which causes me to criticize or judge myself thinking why can't I ever explain things the way I mean.

I've had depression for 9 months. The articles are so nicely written and informative. I wish everyone knew these things. And the little self test is a lovely feature to monitor your progress. I'm currently changing my anti depressant to a different one and haven't been handling it well, so this is really great to see my progress.
