توفير التدريب النوعي للشباب الفلسطينيين في مجالي التعليم المهني والتكنولوجي بما يتلاءم وحاجة سوق العمل، التخفيف من حدة الفقر والمساعدة في تحسين الوضع الاقتصادي للشباب الفلسطينيين وأصحاب المبادرات.

اكساب الطالب شهادة مهنية معتمدة من وزارة العمل الإسرائيلية أو معتمدة عالمياً

تعمل الكلية لتهيئه الطالب/ه للتقدم بخطوات ثابتة رزينة للامتحان المطلوب تمكنه من النجاح واكتساب مهنه مستقبلية.

تحسين الوضع الاقتصادي لمختلف فئات المجتمع المقدسي والتخفيف من نسبة الفقر والبطالة داخل المدينة المقدسة.

خلق جيل من الرياديين في مجال الأعمال وتوفير المتدربين المؤهلين لتلبية احتياجات المؤسسات المختلفة سواء أكانت أكاديمية، صحية، تربوية أو تلك العاملة في مجال تكنولوجيا المعلومات.

مد يد العون والرعاية لمعارض التشغيل وبصورة مستمرة والتي تقوم البلدية بالتحضير لها والتي يلتقي فيها الباحثين عن العمل مع أصحاب الأعمال لربط الخريجين بسوق العمل.

تغيير نظرة الناس حول التعليم المهني من خلال ورش عمل واجتماعات ولقاءات ومن خلال منشورات مختلفة ومن خلال المشاركة الفعالة في المعارض التعليمية التي تنضمها بلدية القدس.
