I have a s5 active and downloaded app this week. When I try to open up this app it just shuts down automatically and doesn't open

I've installed the app twice on my Galaxy S4 and both times all I get is an error message saying Exam O e has stopped. I was really hopeful about having this as another tool to successfully run my business, but am greatly disappointed. ..sigh.

I had no problem downloading the app but when I went to log in it says "invalid credentials". My user name and password I entered were correct. Looks like everyone is having the same problem. I hope they fix it. Was really hoping to have this app, it would make my job a lot easier. PLEASE FIX THE BUG!

After reading the reviews, I had hoped that quest would have addressed the issue. Well, they haven't. Same issue, invalid credentials. Have y'all complained to quest? My call will be tomorrow.
