Exacq Mobile 3 for Android
Broken on s7 edge. Locked white screen
The full Windows client is awesome. The mobile app couldn't be much worse. Technically, it works, but it is not user friendly and is very unresponsive.
This Mobile App stopped working for some reason. The search feature stopped working several months ago. I use a Samsung Note 4 to view the cameras several times a day. Please get this fixed!
V8.8.1.118901 - can't zoom in, doesn't use HD resolution
After the most recent update the video quality is horrible. It's like it's not in focus. I have high res cameras and there used to b a difference but after the update there is no difference between high and low res. PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP!!!!!!!!
App has always been lackluster video after update is terrible.. Software is great hopefully some day they get the app right..
It was working fine for awhile but now I cannot click on a camera to view it closer. It gives me an error "video error"
Connection frequently fails eventhough ip is correct, quality is also bad...seemed like it was better before.
Doesn't work in 16:9 aspect ratio again now. Also keep getting login error with the customers site when it worked fine before. Changed all the users passwords to the new format. Works for a little bit then back to login error. Doesnt anybody test before they roll-out updates? Frustrating
The view is fuzzy. Hard to see what's going on

Every other decent client stays on when you are viewing video. This is one of the top 5 VMS software companies in the world. It should have a checkbox to keep the screen on while the app is open. Other than that it is ok.
App is not reliable. Can never connect properly. Considering cameras are used mainly for security, it helps if you can actaully get on them. Very frustrating.
If you're having trouble connecting to your server through the app , you most likely need to update the web services portion of the software on the server.
We can get the iPhone around the office to connect to the server just fine but all androids that try and connect are not able to seems that there are still some bugs that need to be worked out of this app
The updates have really improved this app. Works well now. Keep it up.
I've used $99 dvr mobile app software that is easier, faster, and has a much better user interface. First - stop trying to connect to every configured server on app start. I only want the one I want. I don't care about the others. Secondly - dload gDMSS as an example of super easy to use, configure, etc. Finally - the sharing of views from the desktop to the mobile app is excellent. Please keep that feature. Thank you. UPDATE: I recently spoke to exacq about this horrible app. I was shocked to hear them defend its quality. Apparently they believe it is AWESOME!
Unintuitive and difficult to use. Redesign is needed by a usability expert. Also, input fields are difficult to select requiring multiple (about 10) taps! This is nowhere near as good as Exacq client. My customers hate this app. I am embarrassed that video surveillance systems a lot less costly than Exacq have far better mobile apps.
It's good when it works. For me, this app dosent work as often as it does so it's very frustrating. Customer service is not helpful
When it works it's amazing, however after last update, it broke connections to our servers... come to find out, it was because of CSRF was disabled on the servers, and the mobile app requires it be on. This is a problem in my environment Will revise my review once it's fixed.

Uninstall reboot device and download again, configure your servers and it works. Pain in the button but it works
Will not login to server. Fix this POS ASAP
Received the update and now the cameras are missing... where did they go? I only use this app because it's what they use for my son's daycare. But now I can't check in on him. Seems like there is a problem every time there is an update.
I guess it is another way to make you go back to your installer and then another Fee will be required for something that was Free. It would not surprise me if they convert this to an annual subscription. Glorify the Cloud and this what you get - SCREWED
Can't see anything but settings now. How can I back out of this update?
How are we supposed to see our cameras if there's nothing in the menu to click to show them? How do you update the app and remove the very function for which the app was created?
last update took my camera's out and it just does not want to work¡!!!!¡!!

New update, same nonsense. Some servers hang on video, customers iPhones dont seem to work but Android does, update logged me out of all servers, so cumbersome to move between cameras on a server, screen rotation sucks, choppy video streams....... Turf this app and redesign.
The desktop client/server application is truly the best in the industry; however, the mobile app is just embarrassing. Looks extremely amateur, not worth having it installed. Hope the developers can come up with something decent.
After the last update it is extremely slow! Poor at best it is now
The app will not work on a phone that is rooted with HTTPS.
This app worked fine for years, and now it is suddenly useless. Why? Can't connect to any cameras

Ohh boy, latest update crashed and burns hard on my S8. Just sits at a white screen after the splash screen. Also, video quality went down after the July update
