The App works well but pls your customer service is terrible. The 2 stars is cause the app works well. Other than that,I am not happy. After sending money to fund my wallet, the wallet wasn't credited even after 2hrs. The given customer care number is switched off most of the time and the chat support is even worse. Nobody responds to the chat. I sent an e-mail to complain and it was delivered. But till this very moment that I'm typing this review,there has been no response. Please improve on timely funding of wallet when a user pays in money. I am experiencing this delay a second time and I am getting discouraged very fast.

Please and please I have transfer 1,000 to fund my wallet but nothing is showing ever since customer care do not reply msg neither do the number goes through how do you want customers to communicate with you guys please my account should be funded or they refund my money back. I have invited more than 200 people when they use my link to register I get nothing thanks for making me refer in vain. Please my account should be fund or they refund y money.

Great app but I wasn't rewarded after sharing my link. My friends click and downloaded the app and registered but I wasn't rewarded. And also I TopUp my account yesterday with 5000 but wasn't credited. Pls I am begging credit me ooo.

Topup Africa has refused to credit my wallet after calling several times and messages the transaction was made on 14/3/18 NGN3,500 and I made use of webpay.kindly credit my account plss

The App is completely useless it refused to register my phone number it was telling me to input an SMS code it never sent to me

However there is great room for upgrade and improvement by adding other: pay tv channels, internet networks, online markets and stores/shops, online businesses and services, hotels and airlines bookings, bookstores etc. I want you to subscribe also to my Christian bookstore and Resource Centre.

It is always showing a message stating the Finger Print input will be available the next time you log in after it has recognized my fingerprint. Can this app be made to open with fingerprint when ever I want to open it or rather remove the prompt for fingerprint input

Your referral links are fake, Google says the are invalid and violates their policy, why creating a share and earn option when you know you can't pay for it just to deceive people with it.

I just created and made my first transfer of money to my TUA account and I have not been credited. I made use of my zenith Bank mobile app and I included in the transfer description my name and my phone number which I used for registration yet nothing. tried calling customer support no response, massaged too, nothing.
