Système composé de 2 logiciels « EvoTech PC » & « EvoTech Android ». l’application PC permet de saisir les nouvelles interventions et consulter / imprimer, les interventions réalisées.

L’application Android permet de traiter les Interventions affectées au technicien : Rapport d’intervention, Temps passé, Observations client, Nom du signataire, Prise de photo, Signature numérique. Une fois la fiche d’intervention validée, un rapport peut être envoyé automatiquement sur e-mail du client ainsi que sur une adresse e-mail de la société. Lors de la prochaine synchronisation, les interventions réalisées seront remontés sur PC de la société, et les nouvelles interventions récupérées sur la tablette.

The Android app can treat the affected Interventions technician: Intervention report, past time, customer comments, signer name, photo Shot, Digital Signature. Once validated intervention sheet, a report can be automatically sent over email client as well as an email address of the company. During the next synchronization, the interventions will be remounted PC company, and new interventions recovered on the tablet.
