Système composé de 2 logiciels « EvoTask PC » & « EvoTask Android ». l’application PC permet de saisir et planifier les nouvelles interventions et consulter l'historique / imprimer, les interventions réalisées.

L’application Android permet de traiter les Interventions affectées au technicien : Liste de tâches à réaliser, rapport d’intervention, Temps passé, Observations client, Nom du signataire, Prise d'une photo, Signature numérique. Une fois la fiche d’intervention validée, un rapport simplifié peut être envoyé automatiquement sur e-mail du client ainsi que sur une adresse e-mail de la société. Lors de la prochaine synchronisation, les interventions réalisées seront remontés sur PC de la société, et les nouvelles interventions récupérées sur la tablette.

The Android app can treat the affected Interventions technician: List of tasks to perform, intervention report, past time, customer comments, signer name, Take a Picture, Digital Signature. Once validated intervention sheet, a simplified report can be automatically sent over e-mail client as well as an email address of the company. During the next synchronization, the interventions will be remounted on PC company, and new interventions recovered on the tablet.
