We were told this would integrate as far as taxable sales amount with our QuickBooks. It does not. All processing fees direct debited from my account daily with major delays in getting any of the payments received deposited. It takes minutes to login and automatically logs me out after only a few minutes of inactivity. Everytime We login we have to reset and reconfigure the tax rate. The card reader Works half the time on one of our phones and not at all on the other. Zero transactions recorded after 3 days

My account was never fully set up because I missed an email, one email requesting proof of residence. They proceeded to close my account AND charge me $35 for a service I never used.

Had this app for 2 months. Card reader work twice it really sucks. It's supposed to be fast and easy to use is constantly crashing not worth the hassle

Absolute junk. Does Not work most of the time so I lose customers and money. When it does work it doesn't keep a record of all the charges, some charges record and most dont. Whoever created this app didn't test it well enough and it should be removed from the App store, useless system.
