Evoz Baby

Whenever I try to check on my baby, it rarely is able to access the camera. And now that I have a new phone is asking me for an invite code that I have no idea how to get. I emailed the company for help and nobody replied. Horrible, I guess my fault for helping a start-up...

It barely worked when I had the nexus 6P. The camera only worked when I was on WiFi, on cell network it just crashed. Now that I got the pixel XL, I cannot even get past the loading screen anymore.

Crashes on start with s5 on marshmallow 6.0.1 it's completely useless. Pls fix fast.

The app is not intuitive as you would expect from most apps nowadays. Also, constant crashing and obvious bugs (temp set in Celsius with no possibility to change to Fahrenheit) that suggest the designers behind it are not professionals. If you have not yet committed to buy the camera, stay away. While the hardware is a good product, the software is not close to be good, giving you a less than ok overall experience with the product.

Excellent communication from the support team when bugs or issues are encountered. So far this software has been indispensable in helping us monitor our baby when he sleeps. The temperature sensor looks to have been fixed and is much more accurate now. Tried all functions except the talk back so far.

No support, terrible service and product! There are ton of other products out there you can spend ur money on like I did. They are only interested to pocket ur money!

DO NOT BUY THE EVOZ BABY MONITOR! Their services have been down for over a month and they have not provided any updates. It is not just down for me. The 3 days that it did work since the purchase the app was extremely buggy and caused my phone to reboot constantly. Evoz advertises a "30-day money back guarantee" on their website but they do not provide an address or any information about how to get the refund. Right now I have a $250 night light. Support will not reply back after their services went down.

I wish I read these reviews before purchasing. Absolutely garbage device and application. Never connects and no customer support. They are only screwing you out of your money for the device purchase.

This is a very new product so there are bugs that need be worked out most of them are with the app it's self. I have been in contact with customer support and they are working as quickly as they can to fix the problems. Other then that I love it. Clear video, can control the monitor from my phone and many other great features. Once the bugs are worked out this will be one of the great baby products out there.

I have been working with the devs and a lot of the bugs I have been having are getting resolved quickly!

Runs on my Nexus 6, but crashes every time on my wife's Nexus 5. Have not been able to change it from Celsius to Fahrenheit, but the monitoring works well and connectivity seems good. Let's see how they improve.

we use 2 monitors with both our kids and were wowed by the simplicity and cool services. especially love the expert advice and nightlight control.
