All it is, is this app is using the vibrations from my phone settings. DOES NOT feel like a massage AT ALL!! I have pinched nerves in my neck and hold A LOT of stress in my upper back & neck & shoulder muscles. Unfortunately I don't have the money to pay for a massage like once a week so therefore I wanted to try this..... CRAP!!!
