just got a used smart fortwo electric drive, having trouble connecting to the car. i have made a login and used name, just not sure what else to do! please help!

Stable and does its job, paid version, add obd2 functions

I am a big fan of the app, but it stopped working for my 2015 B-Class. I had just migrated from M-Brace to Mercedes Me and I called help desk to find out if that could have caused the disruption. No one on the weekend desk knew the answer. Any insight?

Still awesome. Seems to be having syncing issues. Says it last updated 13 days ago, but it is working and providing live information. Any plans for an alexa app

Yeah.... Might be great but I am not going to give my credentials to find and open my car to a third party app, sorry that's just basic cyber security these days.

After a week of trying, it will not sync to my 2017 electric Smart car. Not worth the download.

Much more coherent and well thought out than the native MB "app" (which is merely a mobile website). The notifications are useful and the app presents all the available info well.

Muccch better than the regular Mercedes maps. Useful, simple to use, and all the info you need is on the main page.

Not working app.... 2 days not sync.... What's going on?

It keeps bring up my old b class car and now I have the c class plug in.i can't get it to work please.tell me what I should do

Thanks for making it even more enjoyable to have a SmartED. Liked all the features and the simple elegant design. Only thing I wish for is seeing the short term trip odometer next to the life time odometer. I often forget to record distance driven for business claim before leaving the car. It gets reset to zero automatically after 4 hours without movement.

Better than the OEM crappy app!!!

I use this app with my smart ED 16 and works perfect, it can tell me the charging speed and I can turn on AC anytime when the car is plugged.

I hope the developer gets some (large) financial compensation from Mercedes Benz, because this app is GREAT. The 'smart' home grown software is consistently broken and/or poorly performing. Thank you so much!!!!

Great app that does everything the MB site shows. If I could request to add one feature. Since we have the odometer, will it be possible to have a historical graph of our monthly mileage? Thanks!

Does everything the MB web app should have -- excellent app...

Works reliably, sends me notifications of things that the website doesn't and is just all around faster to navigate. Love it.

Wow - what an improvement this is over the Smart ED webpage. It's amazing that Mercedes and Smart can build and design cars, but can't seem to find good developers to create clean, intuitive apps with good UX/UI. This app achieves both flawlessly. Unfortunately, the Smart server is inconsistent and dodgy. It syncs 1/1000 times - No exaggeration. Otherwise, it doesn't work, rendering this app useless. Either way, thanks to the developer for creating a great app.

A worthy, capable and sleeker replacement of Mercedes' HTML-based “app“. All data is right at your fingertips. What more do you need?

Your app is amazing, please port it to the iPhone. I'd gladly pay a few dollars for it! Only thing missing is to send address to Mercedes nav system, then I'd never need to use their app.

This app is much better than the clunky Smart Vehicle Home Page. Looks good and just works. The client is great. Now if only we had a replacement for the dodgy Smart server.

Wow - just installed and it's so much cleaner and seems to work just fine. The only suggestion I have is to change the 'Climate Control' slider in the Smart EV to a different button, as sliding isn't appropriate in this context. (Or change to a 3 position slide-bar with the options) Now only time will tell... but so far this is great!

Can I request to add KM and Celsius conversion option for us Canadian folk? :) Great work!

The app works perfectly on my xperia but I have this issue on my note 3.

A functional replacement of the soul-less corporate outsourced framework laded crapware. And it's just slick,clean and passionate feeling.

Way better than the VH.con. but will it delay charge?

Works great presenting the important information about my Smart ED. Considerably better than Smart's web page that doesn't scale well on my S4 phone.
