Need to incorporate a wish list within both the phone app and regular website. Sometimes difficult to navigate. Your I.T. folks need to put on their thinking caps and go back to the drawing board and "pretend" they are consumers. Get some women together and they'll be able to make it more user-friendly.

Like app. Would like to change "the recently aired" portion. Just a picture doesn't necessarily reveal what item is. Needs the name of it and price. And horizontal scroll is too tempermental. Would also like a feature that would let me scroll thru the day. I can't look during work but would like to see what was on. Thanks!

Pages don't fully load. Made a payment on my account that didn't reflect with customer service so we made the payment with customer service only to have the application payment show up a few days later. Customer service gives conflicting information as to the effectiveness of this application, and that comes from evine itself!

Glitchy. Installed just a few minutes ago, under an hour and it has stopped 3x's and went to ad screen. Irritating. Will use web if it doesn't fix. Used web until now and trying again. It has greatly improved, but page navigation and loading items to bag can be improved. Will keep using and see how much energy and space it uses and how much cleaning up it takes. Thank you.

I'm not sure why others have trouble going back to search results, because it couldn't be easier. I used the app to order some items the first day I installed it. I ordered a bedding set and some other items. I bought some Kate and Mallory items on clearance. Navigating is easy, searching is easy, purchasing is easy, checking status is easy, and it is a little more convenient than the website for quick purchases and checking status of orders.

This app needs work. It is hard to see product unless you hold phone horizontally and returning to a search is near impossible. The first page or home page doesn't always work. As I said this app needs work!

I really like and trust this app. I can shop as I watch my favorite items presented on Evine. I also really like how the app functions. I've not had any problems withe the app in he almost I've had it. I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 smart phone. APP does not suck up an excessive amount of data.

Evine has been a great shopping experience for me. Thanks to 6 value pays you can purchase anything! I haven't been disappointed yet and it's been years. Keep up the great work. Shelley Sims

Needs a wish/want List. Each time u update the mobile app, I end up not liking it, cuz it's Not user friendly that's for sure. Hopefully one day it will be good.

Everytime I log in during the whole day it's fine but when I leave overnight come back to it the next morning I have to uninstall and reinstall this app not only on my smartphone but I have to do it on my Chromebook it gets rather tiring. Just thought I'd let you know if I didn't need even like it I do I probably wouldn't keep this app. I wish somebody would help this Sarah woman seems to tell everybody contact her to that email I tried and I can't get through is December 6th 2016 still no change

There is only 1 thing that kept me from giving it a 5. That is the app will not let me remove so things.

App does not buffer... every tap stops previous action. Impossible to back out of screens. Have to go to internet app to close out.

Still doesn't work right half the Time.. can't click on what you want to look at.! And that is very annoying. Love shopping here hate the app.

I don't like that you have to go back to the home page & it's time consuming to have search the pages for clearance when there are products that aren't clearance on the same page. There are several other things wrong too.

Not user friendly! It has freezes, delays, stays stuck on cart items....etc. It has a long way to go.

Rapid load, nice big images, easy navigation, it returns you to where you were in the scroll rather than kicking you back to the top of the page after opening an item which is wonderful. Love, love, love that they show the rings on the hand. Five stars if you add a wish list or favorite button.

This app freezes all the time. It takes a lot of time to load the screens. I was expecting more.

I like it but don't like how you can only get item image so big...keeping you from getting a really good look at it. I also cancelled 2 items within 3-5 minutes of placing my order but was sent item and charged anyway!

Have had to undo app to empty cart. Seems to get hung up on stuff easily

Some of the time it won't let me order. It gives me a technical error. I end up going to the website.

I don't like the go out and shop, but I love to stay home and shop. My fashionable and on trend accessories arrive, that's when I like to go see, and be seen.

I ordered a set of watch tools and a set of 3 invicta watches. I have to pay shipping back to evine for both returns. Pissed off. Fuck evine.

This app will not work or run extremely slow and it's just not user friendly.

App is good. Sometimes slow to load individual product which is a problem I only have with this app.

Good products,but the shipping & handling needs to cut in half on all of your products,plus give more value pays,need MORE free shipping & handling,offer MORE Cal-King sheets.Need to NOT let the customer PAY for the return.The. return policy "STINKS".,the money (s) by the way you paid is whacked, need a better customer service.

Just excellent,I am going broke,(honestly).I love this app & your priced best the other stations.Keep up the good work and continue to keep your prices where the consumers can afford the items to buy and bring back your mixer for $99.95 I missed the show &missed out on the electric mixer

I have never really ordered things on line but after buying my first Invicta watch on my last cruise then finding out about Evine. I am hooked I have purchased a good number of watches in a short Time thank you Evine. Now let's go shopping

Too many mobile app issues to address from my smartphone keyboard. But it is not intuitive enough, nor is navigation logical in certain areas. In fact, it is dang frustrating and extends my time in the app and on the site.

It skips, jumps and just checks completely out all the time. It really needs updating...

This is such a great app because it links you to a great store. I have been shopping online using this app and I have always found wonderful items, great pay plans, and exceptional customer service.

Large variety of items for all ages, women men children. Large selections & prices. Have had no problems or concerns. Fast & to the point. Still behind HSN.

I have had a complete bad experience this weekend trying to place any Order! EVINE PLEASE FIX. Had to call in to place my orders.

The thing I like about it the most is it shows a vivid picture of the products you're interested in. Also, a great description along with the promotions. Very user friendly.

Slow going & not enough info on page; like complete sizing info & larger color description.

Lately the phone app has been weird. When trying to order, the page doesn't show your cart. Also had a hard time trying to back out, kept going back to a previous page. I don't know, maybe its just my phone, but it's very annoying!

The search feature disappeared. I can no longer just type item in. Bring it back as the app is no longer easy to find items or sellers.

No way to save favorites. I don't like how when I try to click on the top value it slides to something else before I can click. Also , it often crashes.

... but it's kinda slow. Opening any link on this app is like pulling teeth. And its not my phone. But overall it does what it needs to do.
