Playback history is off by 14 hours. To get the recent history playback the specified start and end times need to be increased by 14 hours.

Clunky, awkward, not user friendly. Good example of how not to write app. Tracker is no visible in app regardless I can communicate with it using texts. Application stops quite often unexpectedly without any reason. If I could give negative rate I would do. Such a shame because device itself has a lot of potential and is quite decent.

I bought a new product, but doesn't provide me the user ID and default password. Cannot login means cannot do live tracking! Pay so much for the tracker and comes with a useless app!

17 emails and still unable to create an account, Tells me to signe in, but no way to register it

All it does is crash all time, stays open for about 2 minutes then crashes then have to reopen it. Not well made app at all
