I have the Galaxy S8+ and when I try to review a video all I get is the buffering circle. It makes my job so much harder because when I need to review a video for a report I can't. I also don't know does the axon body 2 have a WiFi password? Don't know if that has to do with me not being able to review??? When it connects to my axon the WiFi symbol at the top has a "!" By it?

Video playback with this app is useless. The video keeps stopping and resetting to the beginning. I am only able to watch a few seconds of video before this happens. This makes the playback/review feature completely useless.

App used to be decent, but the video always had to pause and buffer constantly. Now the video will not play at all. Using S8+. Will adjust rating when issue is fixed.

Still buffering a great amount on Android. Have cleared wifi and Bluetooth settings and resynced, no luck

None of the Axon body 2 cameras will pair with any moblile device. Body 1 cameras worked fine.

Galaxy 7, never let's me play videos, then crashes some times

It connects with my ancient LG G3 and my old S4. Switched from S4 to brand new S7 and it won't even find my camera.

Does what it's supposed to do.

Tried this ap on several androids with at least 5 different cameras. Customer support says to ship cameras back. They are all brand new and up to date on firm ware. It's not a camera issue it's not a smart device issue, it's an app issue.

Every single person who has an android phone has not been able to get any camera to connect accurately and see a live feed of the camera. I have called taser and all I get in response is that it 'may be fixed on the next update' I've been trying for 3 months now and still hasn't worked correctly..

I love the app. Categorizing and titling videos is easy. Kills my battery tho. At times drops the connection.

When it works it's great but it is not reliable at all with my Galaxy phone.

Great to have with the camera

I just got a Samsung s7 and an no longer able to categorize my videos through the app. Is there a fix?

I have the galaxy s6 edge plus and it constantly stops playback after a couple seconds. Help get this resolved.

Since the most recent update to the app we have experienced several axon body's showing they are recording on the app when they are not. The app will not allow video playback while recording except we are not recording. I sent one camera in on an RMA and have since had at least 6 others doing the same thing. On mine, I shut off the camera and restarted it to find it did not actually record. It leads me to believe it is an app issue not a camera issue

the best body camera system with a great app. Saves so much time. Nothing else like it on the market.

Worked great for the first few months, saved me a lot of time on the job labeling videos! Then an update came out and I cannot get it to pair via Bluetooth. That is why I gave it one star because of my frustration. I have a Galaxy GS5 with Android 5.0 and the AXON app is version 3.1.11. Alot of the guys at work have Apple iPhones and it is still working just fine for them. I have tried uninstalling, reinstalling, pairing, un pairing etc. still doesn't work, please fix! Thank you.

Recorded videos won't play. The player plays for 2 seconds, then stops. Press play again and repeat. Galaxy S4. From the others I've read, seems like a problem with Samsung phones. FIX IT.

I am lucky if I can get my Samsung S6 to connect once a night. It never works well, always attempts to connect for 15-20 mins at a time. Power the phone down, turn camera off and reboot. Sometimes I'll get luck and actually be able to label videos, most of the time I cannot. Worked well with my Motorola. I only gave it one star so the dialog box would pop up so I can write this. Prefer zero stars. Several others on my department have issues as well. Too much money spent for it not to work.

This app used to be absolutely amazing. Now, I need to manually connect it each time I turn it on. BUT, it won't STAY connected. Not sure if there was a recent update, but this just started happening recently. Please look into this. Samsung Galaxy S6.

Does not work with Samsung 6. Bluetooth continuously disconnects and videos constantly buffer and restart. Needs an immediate update to correct problems.
