About Your Orange

With Your Orange, managing your Orange account has never been easier.

Welcome to Your Orange. It's like bumping into the world expert on Orange. Everything you need to know, from how much you're spending to helpful tips to get the most out of your Android device.

Get direct access to your pay monthly or pay as you go mobile account over any data connection, including WiFi, and even set up and change your Magic Numbers. Once you've downloaded Your Orange, the Orange Help topics are available with or without a data connection. So you can even read on the underground and other places where there's no network coverage or WiFi available.

There's more to come. We've got a load of extra features planned for Your Orange over the coming months, so watch out for updates to the app in Android Marketplace.

Please remember that if you use the Your Orange app when you're outside the UK, roaming data charges will apply and how much you're charged isn't down to us.

Don't bother downloading this app. Simply doesn't work ! Takes a lifetime to load information then reports it cannot continue ! Total garbage.

Very poor app. Doesn't work most of the time. Never had this problem on my old iphone. Had to keep uninstalling and re-installing to access my emails.

Don't know whether it's the phone or the account but won't let me log in. Have installed my EE and now have an extra picture on my phone as that app has no way of logging in

Although i can see what my bill is...i think i should still be able to see a breakdown of it especially if I'm being charged more than what my contract is. Also they need to boost the signals for village areas as I'm going over my contract having to reload pages time and time again because the signal is rubbish grrr.. Seriously thinking about changing network grr

I bet this would be super helpful if I could log in. Which I never can. "Logging in. Please wait..." Constantly. *Update* it does at least time out the login requests now. But that's still not as helpful as actually logging in...

This app is terrible, it won't even let me login, using the details I registered with. Fine to begin with the nothing, and it hasn't worked for 9months now.

This app does not give the same kind of access as Orange UK site, even with the apps full account access upgrade. Unbelievably slow! The UI is amatuer at best with it's low pixels logo's and, the dev's complete lack of using capital letters in the Navigation menus. You wouldn't think this is an app made by a dev team at EE! Instead you end up with a trashy app a young programmer, building android apps in their bedroom could do better, besting this poor excuse of Software any day. Rated on my Galaxy S4.

Absolute rubbish sends you to links that dont exist sends you a emails then says your email address doesn't exist considering changing networks

So appalling that there aren't enough adjectives in the dictionary to describe how awful this app is. ..I give up, and strongly recommend you don't give any space to this piece of garbage on your mobile.

Argh don't even bother this is utterly useless won't let you log in keeps saying wrong phone number and password even though I know they aren't wrong! Then the links to orange don't work . Really frustrating and their customer service by phone is impossible too! Wish I'd never joined e.e.

This app reflects the rest of oranges customer service since moving too ee. You get stuck in loops, logging in is a particularly arduous task, and when you finally get in everything is out of date and none of the 'features' work (magic numbers, adding extras, topping up, changing internet access settings -which ee kinda set to restricted/parental control). Like their customer service - Just don't bother

I use this app every day to make sure I don't exceed my data but today it's swapping between telling me my log on has timed out to my phone number or password is invalid. I know my password & phone number are both correct and this is driving me nuts.

Really poor connection. Options work temperamentallly and orange don't really seem bothered by the terrible reviews. Annoyed that there are no other alternatives.

Looks like orange don't want me to top up as the app won't let me make payment just freezes and orange won't let me change my card details to top up over the phone will be switching networks very soon

Don't login forgotten password after typed it more than half a dozen times takes forever to load my 10 year old laptop loads faster.if you phone 150 and your on ee they have problems tracking your account and passwords god hell you don't have to pay for the 150 number nearly a hour to sort a phone bill out so the app is rubbish and customer service is something to be desired can't wait for my contact to end.o word of warning if you exceed your limit don't expect any help from Orange or ee.

Trying to add a magic number from existing contacts....CANT. try to select my swapables...CANT all it does is sit there and take space up. Its slow, unresponsive and painful to use...not very clear to navigate around...an all round rubbish app...I havnt been very impressed with orange since they moved to EE and partnered with Tmobile. Ment to be improved signal...well thats BULLcrap its worse! Going to a different phone network wen my contract ends or I can cancel this one. ORANGE HAVE BECOME A JOKE!

Does a reasonable job , wish I could pay my bill through it by card or even via PayPal , save going through the whole automated route, surely that's possible in this day

Buttons that don't do anything, inaccurate statistics (my minuites remaining was up to a week out of date) and God help you should you need to actually do anything in this app. If EE customer service wasn't such a joke I would recommend phoning them instead. My advice is avoid this app unless all you want from it is frustration.

The app does not recognize my number! I'm with orange and it CANNOT even recognise me. Customer services keep promising to fix it every time I contact them - this has gone on for 6 months. Do NOT get this app. NEVER sign up with orange or EE.

I open the app and then have an advert telling me to download the app I've just opened (which only half fit on a mobile phone screen)! 5 mins later I get an email advertising some pointless thing, two minutes later a text message offering me a chance to buy tickets. Most parts of the app pass you off to the orange website which shamefully is not developed mobile first....you are orange!!! A mobile phone company! If the future is bleak, the future is orange....

Absolutely rubbish been trying to log in for 2 hours on my phone and it doesn't let me, it keeps saying the password or phone number is incorrect, but I'm pretty sure I know my own number, and I've been on the phone to orange to clarify the password and it still doesn't work

Simple and quick-ish. Will occasionally state wrong number/password, re-enter details and still does not log-in when done so but this always rectifies itself given time. Does not happen as much as it used to so guess it might have been (almost) fixed at some point? Apart from this minor niggle its a useful app to keep track of my Orange account

I have two phones on my account and I can't switch between them uninstalled and reinstalled. The info is so outdated you are better off just logging in via the web. Just substandard!

Yes, Everthing ghastly Everywhere. But to all intents and purposes thos.looks and behaves like a fully-functionimg Orange app. Meanwhile, attempts to log in to My Account via EE website results 404 error. - search Help, 504 error. For Orange to be gobbled up by a fat and ugly corporation, which doesn't even offer email support, was the worst thing that could've happened to Orange customers.

Cant add or amend magic numbers, tv app won't work, just does the basic, show you remaining mins etc. Htc one, android 4.3
