Last 2 updates picture fuzzy, switching stream no help. How so I revert?
Doesn't work at all. Just get authentication failed message.
New update did not help. Please fix asap!

This app is terrible. I have had issues with network connectivity, and now I can't even view my cameras on any of my mobile devices. The latest update was supposed to correct the authentication error message, but it didn't. I still have it. This camera system is almost useless now.
Installed it over a year ago & worked great up until last 2 updates. Now, it takes longer to load & can't see a single camera until u go thru all of them. PLEAAE FIX!!!!
It was fine till two days ago. Now I have no playback, only a live view. When I try to playback on my phone I receive a " Get session ID failed"
Edit: Problem has been resolved in latest update. After recent update app no longer works on my tablet. Message states "Authentication failed". Even went so far as to delete device and input information over again. Same message afterward.
After newest version the playback feature doesn't work. HUGE PROBLEM!!!! Please fix immediately! Thanks

Since the last update, I can no longer use the playback feature; there's sound but no picture. ECOR264- 9X1

Not working after update
Bought a used EverFocus DVR and this app works well to be able to connect remotely for FREE. The app works well for a free app. For users that have been getting "authentication error" on the mobile app since the update a few months ago, upgrading the firmware on the dvr fixed the issue for me.
I use this app daily to connect to over 10 different Everfocus dvrs at various locations & overall it works ok for live viewing but playback is a complete hassle. 1st thing.... Don't bury "Playback & Event Search" inside a "More" folder....Put them on the main screen like the good dvr apps. 2nd thing... if I'm watching a playback & I want to change my time to specific time I have to Exit to Live mode & Start All Over!.....Why???
The app works great when connected to WiFi but gives me an error when I try to use it over the cellular network. I have tried it with two different Galaxy phones an S6 and an S8. Any chance you can help me?
Unable to connect to dvr thru everfocusddns and getting authentication failed for remote. Works fine for local LAN connection. Need a fix.
Worked alright before last update. It kept saying "connection error" so I uninstalled and downloaded again. Worked for a day or so then told me "authentication error". It's frustrating.
App updated and stopped working. Has not worked since. Can anyone tell me how to fix it? Right now it useless.

To many pop up adds affecting this app. Trying to find another way to look at my security cameras without using Mobile focus. Simply terrible and unreliable. Pop up adds cut off vewing.
Why the new update asks for camera permission!!!!!

Even the update today is not any good. I'm afraid to download the updates they make it worse.. Go back to the old one that one work.
