CIAPEM organiza su XXXIX Reunión Nacional anual dirigida a todos los funcionarios del área de tecnología de los Estados y Municipios. Este año la ciudad de Tampico, Tamaulipas será sede de dicho evento, en el marco de la toma de protesta de la presidencia del CIAPEM por parte del Gobernador del Estado de Tamaulipas, Ing.
