Eligible activities include:

Hot Water activities

- High efficiency gas hot water replacing electric resistance
- Solar electric/heatpump boosted hot water replacing electric resistance
- Heat pump storage replacing electric resistance
- Solar gas hot water replacing electric resistance or gas

Ductwork activities

- Ductwork with an R value greater than or equal to R1.5 has been installed in place of existing ductwork connected to a ducted gas heater

Heating and Cooling activities

- High efficiency ducted gas heater replacing a ducted gas heater
- High efficiency ducted gas heater replacing an in slab electric resistance heater
- High efficiency wall furnace installation
- High efficiency gas log fire installation
- High efficiency ducted gas heater installation where no other central heating or cooling is installed
- High efficiency ducted air to air heat pump replacing existing ducted air to air heat pump in a non gas reticulated area
- High efficiency ducted air to air heat pump replacing central electric resistance in a non gas reticulated area
