EVA has the best customer service.

我一直以來都是長榮會員，出國也都盡量搭長榮的飛機，因為長榮是個值得信賴的公司。但，這麼大的公司出的手機軟體也太爛了吧！很常不能購票，購票後也不能使用國泰信用卡的折扣！我不懂開發人員是在幹嘛！

After the recent update it no longer works. App crashes as soon as i select "my trip"

For today's fast digital age, this app seems like a century old. The app is slow and not very smooth to use. The app is a mirror of the website and lacks many features that airlines in US and other countries are able to offer.

Supposed to improve booking with latest update...now search for booking results in blank white page. Guess ill book with China Airlines instead because i have no patience for this.

Very easy-to-use interface. The best price for tickets and great promotions. I am very pleased with the experience with Eva. Many thanks!!

Apart from the terrible design it doesn't offer much functionality like in app boarding pass or check in. Eva air just also wanted an app but didn't put much effort into it it seems.

Easy to check in, change seats, meals, confirm booking...love it

Still need to use desktop to book multi city flights.

Still crashing on July 17th after update :-( ...Just updated on may 25th. Still not working. Was working fine. Could down load boarding pass and check bookings. But now app crashes when i click on booking ref within my trip section. V annoying. Please sort this out. Running on LG G5. With Android 6.0.1

App is bad, very bad. Almost as bad as the BR9 and BR10 flights we took when we were sitting in economy deluxe and where almost roasted alive with temperatures reaching more than 86 F or over 30 C. The flight attendant didn't care and pretended not to understand. This airline is going downhill fast! The only thing going for them right now is their safety record but that too is starting to change if people remember the pilot who didnt understand LAX''s direction and almost collided with another plane.

Used various functions of the App - quite useful. The only thing is that when I had to change my departure date whilst in US, I could not do it via the App and had to call their US reservations office.

Couldn't even change the month when I want the month to go to from March going g to try again so far very crap on mobile was easy last week on my tablet .

This doesn't portray EVA AIR in any good way. This app looks like it came out of 2007 for iOS 2. Maybe it's time to redesign the app with a little "material design" to bring it to the year 2016...just a thought.

You took a working app and killed it.keeps crashing everytime i try and look on my future booking.a mother update and still crashing.

Probably the best airline app out there. Only thing missing is "save my booking" option so i dont always have to enter my booking code each time.

Works excellently with no problems. Everything is on track and efficient.

The intention of the App is good; but... it crashes way too easily. This issue needs to be addressed ASAP! The latest update did not address the App crash issue..

Tedious, not well thought out. Once logged in, kicks you out without warning.
