Estará no ar 365 dias por ano, 24 horas por dia.
Numa primeira fase emitirá para o Porto, Oeste, Ribatejo e Alentejo, em frequências próprias e nas rádios aderentes ao projecto, em Portugal continental e nas ilhas, assim como em Moçambique, Cabo Verde, Guiné Bissau, Inglaterra e Estados Unidos, chegando a qualquer parte do mundo através da internet, estando prevista a aquisição ou parceria com outros emissores FM.
A GOLO FM é bidireccional, com uma forte aposta na interactividade e na participação dos ouvintes.
É uma rádio multiplataforma: internet, smartphones e tablets, o que permitirá intensificar a ligação com o seu público e aumentar a relação de fidelidade e de cumplicidade.
A GOLO FM será, em breve, uma rádio com imagem: um conjunto de webcams transmitirá permanentemente o que se passa em estúdio, mostrando os jornalistas e seus convidados.
