Eurostar Trains for Android
It seems absurd that once logged in, you can't access your bookings without the booking reference. The whole point of having an app is to avoid having to go find the info on your emails... Please, change that on the next version. It should be the top priority
With latest version not only you still have to retrieve manually your booking but now you also have to enter phone and email address each time. What a waste of time.
What's the point of this app!? You sign in and then you still have to know your booking reference! Baleful!
Basic app is fine - nothing special but fine. Carte Blanche screen could do with a card expiry date - have had it questioned by lounge staff whether my status is still in date. Most annoying feature, however, is that Frequent Traveller points are only counted for tickets bought through the app/website. I use a travel booker for work. Please, in the next version make sure that adding a ticket to the app adds the FT points to my account! So annoying to have to trawl through old tickets adding them on the website!
Couldn't even log in. The app is too big. I just wanted my ticket. Found out Passbook Wallet.
After having to verify the email address of all passengers online, I then went to have my pass sent to me. It doesn't want to work so I download this app. It doesn't let me look at my booking so what the hell. Such a stupid app and such a ridiculous process. Just send the ticket as a PDF like every other sane company.
Seemed to be an Entertainment enabled train - it was being advertised on the ticker on board! Downloaded the app only for the entertainment over the train WiFi which took about 25 minutes - and then it didn't work. Waste of time. Note: Brussels to London train, 12 Nov, 19.52hrs.
The app doesn't work. I have my ref, my or in details and I can't view my tickets. I have Downloaded the tickets from my email and there's no actual way to make it visible via the app. TOTAL waste of space and time. PRINT YOUR TICKETS, PEOPLE!
Would not let me log-in and sounds like it is not much help even if I had managed that. Sort it out Eurostar!
Only installing this app because that's the only option to download tickets on mobile.
Absolute rubbish. Can't make bookings and keeps saying no internet connection despite connection being fine.
No point in downloading the app if I have to lookup and give my booking references myself. Total waste of time.

Could not even attempt to book because the app is incapable of accessing the Internet. I thought maybe it was my phone, but no, it's the app.

Not great for a modern app
Should just show you your bookings after you login but no, you have to provide booking ref! Wouldn't accept my ref at first, seemingly because I entered the passenger name in upper case. I would expect more quality from Eurostar.
Despite using my account recently to book tickets online the app wants me to reset my eurostar password before it will let me log in. As it won't let me reset to the same password and I don't want to change my password I can't use the app. I guess it's back to old fashioned but reliable printed tickets for me.
Eurostar tells you to install the app to show some of the movies. The app works very well for the movies that also work from a web browser, but always shows "check your wifi connection" when trying to show a movie for which the app is supposedly mandatory.
Cannot view my booking because I have a connection to a Thalys train. Why can I not see that as well? Instead I cannot see either so the app is completely pointless. Get your act together Eurostar and move into the mobile 21st century.
Just as another user said below, i cannot sign in with my existing eurostar username and password.

Bookings and check-ins via the app have been hassle free and very practical.
So far spent more of the journey with 'This video cannot be played' error and then waiting for it to restart.. If Netflix can work across the vagaries of the internet, surely Eurostar should be able to work within the confines of a train. Hoping for better in the next release.
..."because there's more than one person travelling on your booking". I am correct in thinking this is 2016 and that all other major carriers allow mobile check-in via their apps regardless of the number of people on the booking, right? Utter shite.

I was able to successfully make a booking, board the train with my mobile ticket and also check my seat number
Be careful, a lot of the journeys are a lot more expensive (40 gbp difference between the website and the app!!!)

Once you enter your details and booking reference it works OK. Surely easy to copy and paste? We had no problems. PDF tickets would be easier but it's not a difficult app to use. There are some drama queens on here. Get over yourselves.
