Interphone

Won't connect to F5MC. I have read that it is only compatible with new products.....you should make it compatible. My biggest complain about interphone is they are such a small segment of the market and it is difficult to connect to the more popular brands. You should really go above and beyond tomake your devices better and retain your cyatomers. This app was my last effort to simplify connections with all my Sena friends :(

Doesn't work and support doesn't respond to my tickets EDIT: I'm running an old firmware version but the update tool doesn't work. Trying to contact you by support-email for 2,5 month now and only got 1 reply (after poking on facebook and twitter). After that no response at all...waiting for a month now and also poked on facebook and twitter...

This would be a fantastic app if it was compatible with my f5mc. Is there any possibility this will happen soon as I don't want to spend more money on a new unit thanks

I don't mind updates that add functionality. But every time this app updates, compatibility with the headset breaks and it demands another update, even when there isn't one available. Version compatibility needs to be less fussy.

Things that need to be fixed.On the f5 when a call came in and you have tunes for different people it would play the tune that was set.On the new 1s it don't.So keep talking to call centers when riding coz don't know who it is.Plus if in the middle of playing a tune and call comes in will start the tune again from start.F5 just picked up from the point the call came in.might not sound like a bit problem but when riding all day it works you down.Please for the love of all things great fix it.

I can not get the tour unit to connect with my phone let alone use the app. Pointless have email interphone repeatedly but no replies

Updated my interphone sport via PC to the latest firmware. Keep getting a connection error-turn on Bluetooth or pair phone. The phone is connected to the unit via Bluetooth and plays music. Really annoyed that it won't connect.

New tour has compatibility issue. Won't connect to LG.

F5mc will not connect to s6 edge. Checked unit software is upto date :-(

Load of rubbish as it doest work with one of your VERY best units, the F5 MC. Pull your fingers out people!! Very disappointed

Nice to be able to set radio stations on phone... working well. Would like to see an option to adjust 'beep' volume. Also maybe headsets seem to have a delay in connecting sometimes (+/- 5/6 secs). But great all round product and support. Rgds.

Bought an Urban headset and was confused about the setup procedure. Turns out its a doddle with this app. All done in five minutes. Highly recommended if you have just bought one of these. Just make sure you update to latest firmware first. Don't bother with the Interphone Menu PC application - this is better (and the PC one doesn't work).

Will not connect to my Interphone Sport from my Galaxy S4. Says "Incompatibility Error" and says the Sport needs updating even though it is already running the latest software. Thanks for the reply. I was using Interphone Menu on my PC and that reported NO updates for 216, however your website did have the 219 which I installed and now the Android app works. However, no the Menu program on my PC won't connect, says "Product Unsupported". I'd like the Menu program to work so as to enter radio stations. Regards.
