This app is designed to:

The app will visually show you risk scores as you answer a number of questions.

2. Health Risk Analysis;
Based on your answers, the app will allow you to explore your risk factors.

3- Risk Assessment and prevention;
The app provides you with educations descriptions, causes, symptoms of your risks and preventive actions.

4- Checkup Reminders;
Based on your profile, the app will recommend checkups and optionally allow you to save quick reminders to your calendar.

5- General Vaccinations;
Based on your profile, the app will list the vaccinations that apply to you
