Calls Recall Pro

I used to love this app. I never had any problems at all with it. That is until the latest android update. Dev of Calls Recall keeps saying he can't do anything about it. Well, if you're gonna put an app out here that people are buying for $9-$10 you better get a fix for it or give us our money back. And I don't wanna hear it's Samsung's fault. Things like this happen to other apps but the Devs figure out a fix for them. Why can't you? AUTOMATIC CALL RECORDER BY APPLIQATO IS AN EXCELLENT RECORDING APP IF THIS ONE IS NO LONGER WORKING FOR YOU. And it works fine even if you don't upgrade to the pro version.

Was the best call recording app I've ever used for so long with out a problem on my samsung galaxy s6. However since obtaining a samsung galaxy s8+ I can only hear my voice/side of the phone call and not the other side who your talking to when played back. Why?? Used to work flawlessly for months it never failed on me with s6 again now I have the s7+???

I'll start with my only gripe about this app. There's no option to delete multiple recordings. (Unless I just can't find it.) That's the only thing I can fault. Otherwise, this is a great app! Extremely glad I got it.

A couple of questions. Question 1: I'm using the software on a Samsung S6, is there a way to upload the saved calls to a PC? I can't find the files anywhere within the phone's storage. Uploading them one at a time to Drive or Dropbox is just too much of a hassle. Question 2: I've noticed since the last update that I can no longer scroll back and forth through a recorded message with the scroll bar. The slider is available when I first start the recorded call but disappears within seconds. Can this be fixed?

I first bought the pro version for my samsung galaxy note 5, and it worked great! I recently upgraded my phone to a samsung galaxy S8 active and now I have problems. Do you have a fix?

Pro version on Galaxy S8+ I really loved this app on my previous phone, which was a galaxy S6. But now that I have upgraded to the S8 plus, it only records my voice and not the other person. Right now this app is useless to me ???? I hope some changes happen real soon to make this app better.

The free version worked a treat, I've paid for the pro version & this version only records what I say, it refuses to record the otherwise, I have reinstalled the app 3 times to no avail, some of these conversation were very important & all so have is myself talking

Worked great before I got a new galaxy note 8, now it does not work at all!! I need my app back!

Have been using this app for years. Just realized I was on the losing side by not having the paid version. Payment given. Smart choice.

I have pro version it worked well in s7 edge but now it doesn't. Pls I need this to work.

Pleaaaase fix it with the latest android update...it jusr won't record anymore :(

I have the paid version and haven't had any problems. It's great because it's inconvenient to try and remember to hit record on other apps I tried. This will temporarily store every phone call and if I chose to save it, it will be stored easily on the cloud not talking space from my phone. I use it for orders from various vendors to remind me of items talked. The best use is when I call a help line ( tech ) and they rune through details I don't have to write everything down.

The Samsung Marshmallow Update yesterday 06-03-2016 caused the app to quit recording. If anyone finds a solution please comment. When I first in stalled the app It wouldn't record every time. I found I had to quit lessening the screen brightness to save battery, after that it worked great. It will be sorely missed if I can't get it working. I leave mine on all the time just need to remember to go through list to delete or name & save recordings.

GREAT for quality control of business phone calls! GREAT for having records of what you and/or others have said! I run this program on all of my business phones (i.e. Samsung Note 4, Note 5, S5). I had to mess with the app settings to get it to work correctly with each phone, however, it was WELL WORTH THE WORK!!!! On both of my phones the sound quality was fantastic for what I was looking to do. Saving to a cloud storage was very simple! I recommend this product to everyone who is looking for a program to record phone calls!

Today another app gave me trouble saying it wasn't licensed. So I uninstalled and installed it then I did the same with Call Record Pro. I tried uninstall and re-install, that fixed it. The Marshmallow upgrade broke it. It's simply quit recording the calls and tells you that it can't. A really great app to have so please fix it.

After a call is finished, I can't get the icon to leave the top of my screen; unless I restart my phone. Any ideas why? Or how I get the icon to disappear when the call is finished, like it use too? Could I please get an answer for my question?! Yes, I've read all your FAQS and yes, I use your pro version. I'd love an answer as the silly little icon won't go away!

I loved this app so much. It was an invaluable business asset. However, the Marshmallow 6.0 upgrade has ruined it for us. So Eupheme, how about advising us on how we can revert back to Lollipop 5 ?? This way we could all continue to enjoy your app as we did before. ;)

This was a great product and I had written a glowing review, now however I'm STRONGLY ADVISING YOU TO NOT BUY THIS APP as it no longer works on Samsung Galaxy S5 devices AND THE BACKUP SUPPORT IS NON EXISTANT LET ALONE HELPFUL. In the past 2 months I've emailed the maker, eupheme twice regarding a serious problem and never even got an acknowledgement let alone a solution.

Since the Marshmallow update, this app no longer works. Would have given 5 stars as it's been a very handy app to have. I can change this to 5 tho if I'm refunded. Been in touch with the devs directly, but have not received a response as yet. Response.. Thanks for the speedy yet cynical response. I hope that as a responsible developer, you would be sure to inform potential customers of the flaw that is associated with the latest update. I'm sure you'll receive my email eventually and respond appropriately.

I loved it at one time and then the Marshmallow upgrade broke the recorder. Rather than fixing it, the developer says it's a problem with the system and it can't be fixed. I have downloaded and paid for an app called Boldbeast which works perfectly. I don't know if the developer doesn't care or just isn't a very good coder, but either way he got my money and isn't able to fix his own app. Now I had to spend money on another app to do what this dev can't/won't do. The dev also doesn't return emails!

App does not stop recording from the mic after a call is done unless I was the one who ended the call. Even then a good number of times it won't stop recording. This happens for this version and the pro version. The only way to make it stop recording is to start a new call and then immediately end the call. I've emailed the developer and have gotten zero response, so maybe this will get their attention.

Since update to Marshmallow last Sunday the app has stopped recording phones on my Samsung A7. It gives message that recording failed kindly check settings or exit other recorders. I dont have any other recorders and settings also look good. Please advise corrective action.

This app used to work quite well. Occasionally there would be a call that wouldn't record but I wasn't too bothered by that. Now it doesn't work at all. It doesn't matter why fact I paid for this app and now can't use it. I have a Samsung S5.

App is ok.i would give it 5 star if only there's an update for latest phones.I have a Samsung Galaxy S6 and it does not record from line, only from mic.It used to work on my Samsung Galaxy S5 but not my S6.I did update to mashmellow software.If that's the problem please respond and fix.

Hi thr i need your help today i upgared my fon from s7 to note 7 the app works fove on s7 but on note 7 it does not record the other voice....!!! When i play back i can only hear my voice....i cant use the record by line aslo please help me i m using the pro edition for more then 1 year...pls gelp

Works quite well and is easy to use. It could perhaps use a feature to override the oldest recordings when full, so I wouldn't miss any recordings when I forget to delete the old ones. In any case, only minor wishes, no problems.

Edit: Wow... Read the developer's reply to this review. "Oops, here is the reply" Really? Pure sarcasm. I have this app on a Note 5 and an S6 Edge+. The app worked for a couple of weeks and then stopped on both phones. I uninstalled/reinstalled, did a factory reset on the Note 5 for a separate issue. Checked permissions, all are granted. Still doesn't work. I read the FAQ, nothing relevant. I emailed the developer weeks ago and haven't gotten a response.

I upgraded from note 5 to note 7 and the app quit working.. it could only record my own part of the conversation

my paid version refuses to disconnect after hanging up and continues to record for hours! what's going on? i can't find any info on this bug

Using this for 3 months together. It is not recording all calls. Some calls cut half way More over many calls display ome bug instead of number.

Great product, just wish the bluetooth support didn't make it bug out (oem bug). This issue is for the new LG V10, so I understand it may take time to resolve. Keep up the great work!
