This apk contains a kernel for Galaxy Tab2 CM13 android 6 (http://www.cyanogenmod.org/), not compatible with any other firmware.
Make sure CM13 is installed before use this app.
The kernel is modified according to spec.

Recovery method:
Let Tab2 enter download mode(press power, volume down).
Use Odin to download official firmware.
