Sell on Etsy

All these changes are bulls****. This app now gives useless, irrelevant data to sellers. I can't see half the data I used to be able to. This app used to be userfriendly. Now just sucks. Seriously, I am so disappointed with the changes.

It would be perfect, but it won't load my shipping profiles! So I can't add new listings... It wants me to put in an exact amount to charge for shipping... FIX PLEASE FOR 5 STARS!!

Awful changes! Widget doesn't work, statistics is just a good picture, not informative at all, lost revenue per day, crashing all the time!

Hate the new update. Horrible additions. Horrible widget. Bring back the old version, please...

Since the update it is now a chore to use.

Used to be able to see what people looked at each day. Which as a small business I need to know what people like so I can make things like that. In real life you watch your customers browse. So we should be able to here as well. You dont have to say who just that someone came and looked. Now with the update I can't​ find anything and there is way to much info. I went online to get all the info, now I am forced to see now on the app. I don't like it.

Ugh, update and still no fix! I like the app, but when trying to reply to conversations it doesn't bring up the keyboard to type a reply like it used to. Fix this app or lose sellers. The consumer Etsy app will let me? I use this app to connect quickly with customers. I need this to work! Plus I would like all the listing/inventory options in the app as available on the PC.

Horrible update. I can't click on listings from My Shop to access them. Can't share to Twitter with a thumbnail. Can't get a web link to share otherwise. No tutorials. Anti-intuitive. Etsy is supposed to be for creative people who just want to open it and have it work PREDICTABLY. I don't want to spend hours trying to figure out where the computer geeks have hidden everything I need NOW to promote my business. What were you thinking when you did this-- bigger profits for the corporation at the expense of sellers?

Now I am unable to sell on Etsy my products with variables and different sizes. Why bother to have this app then? I can not use it sell at my craft fairs. Etsy solution was for me to do a quick sale, then deactivate the listing. Seriously? I am trying to do in person sakes and present myself in a professional manner...not sit around fiddling with my phone to deactivate a bunch of listings. Also, I should be able to add my calculated shipping profile to my listing. I have to online to do that. To many changes that is NOT helpful fir small business and sellers.

This looks like a great app but it has many bugs. Listings that don't show up as they are supposed to, and keyboards that don't pop up when needed. That makes it almost unusable for me. So I need the mobile site up as well which kinda makes this app redundant. Also the sell on Etsy tab just keeps loading. In other words totally unusable and unacceptable for such high profile company. 15 May 17: Now they also removed stats. By far the crappiest app on my phone.

No longer crashes on me. That's good. Although, now when I try to reply to a buyers message through this app -- which is a lot since I'm constantly on the go -- my keyboard disappears... all the time. I don't like to keep them waiting when I'm able to answer right away. Not good for business. Fix this for 5 stars please!

I really liked the way it was. The update is NOT tracking my number of visitors to my shop accurately! I know that I have had more than one view to my shop today, because for a moment I was able to veiw it from the old way and it told me that I had already had at least 3 veiws. Yet, your new update says 1 only! EXTREMELY unhappy with the update! EXTREMELY!

Has become a total time waste for me. Keyboard pops up then disappears. Totally useless for doing anything at all. If I have to end up going to the mobile site to communicate with customers, then there's really no reason to have the application. Etsy is going the way of the dodo bird.

Horrible update. Absolutely anti intuitive interface, even when I'm linked with software development I can't understand how to navigate in this app. App crashing sometimes without a reason. Why views disappear and now we have something like visits, it's bad change what sellers don't wanna see. A lot of charts are absolutely useless. Please let people possible to use previous version untill you will fix this

i am not sure which is worse, this new app that keeps crashing or the useless shop manager. as a full-time seller, both are completely useless! i could give a flying monkey how many shop visits i receive! I NEED TO SEE MY INDIVIDUAL ITEM VIEWS IN REAL TIME!!!!!

First, the good thing about this update: you can now easily go from one shop to the other if you have more than one account. Unfortunately, that's the only good thing about this app update. I can no longer see what items have been viewed. Knowing how many "visits" I have is nice, but if I don't know what items these people have viewed during their visit, what's the point? So many useless features, hard to navigate and find what you want. It doesn't help that they've been changing the app a lot recently. Please Etsy, bring back the older version.

The new version of Sell on Esty with its incomprehensible Stats is completely useless and frustrating. The app itself continually malfunctions and I have uninstalled and reinstalled it several times now with no improvements. It's becoming useless to me as an Etsy seller. I've tried to submit feedback directly to Esty and after jumping through all their hoops in order to be able to send an email, I'm told that my email address in invalid and cannot send feedback after all. Very disappointed with Etsy.

The statistics don't work, the app is slow, I get constant error messages, when I try to post shop updates the app crashes half the time, I have to use the browser to finish my listings... What isn't wrong with Sell On Etsy?

Installed on my phone to make life a little easier than the slow running laptop we have. Opened a Etsy shop at long last (Say all my friends) now I can't post listings from my phone & have no idea if I've sold anything or not. Not impressed.

New update is way to confusing. Using the online website and the app...both give different numbers when viewing stats...I don't know which is accurate. Hopefully I'm not missing any orders. Favorites show up under stats but don't show up under activity. I liked being able to see international views and now it won't let me stating its for the privacy of the customers. It also says try shipping internationally when I already do! It's definitely a struggle...wish I could uninstall the latest update. Hopefully they will fix this so I can rate 5 stars. I've always loved Etsy....but not so much right now....sorry guys...

Recent upgrade makes this less than useless to me now! Widget constantly shows nothing at all and when it does work I can no longer see the details I had before for listing views etc. I have 8 views showing today and knowing my daily average, this is NOT show a true picture of what's happening in my store. That doesn't help me in ANY constructive way at all! Why change what already worked really well? VERY disappointing and VERY unhelpful. PLEASE CHANGE THIS BACK and maybe I will review my score back to 5 stars!

Love the new stats and dashboard. Its taking some time to understand what I am seeing and if its going to be as useful lobg term. You should give uses the option for simple stats like they were and detailed stats like you have now. The app now crashes every time I try and upload pics from my phone. Quickest way to transfer photos from my digital camera to the etsy app. This feature use to work flawlessly please help! You should NOT release software that is not ready with basic user functionally and think that oooh shiny is going to keep sellers satisfied. -concerned software engineer

Really liked this before the latest round of updates. Now it's unnecessarily complicated and crashes multiple times whenever I open it. I use my Etsy shop like an online yard sale with higher end goods, I neither need or want the complicated charts/graphs, I don't sell items for profit, maybe make a Pro version for those that do or make those options available through advanced setup options like some search engines offer.

I'm very new to Etsy so maybe it's different for me but I adore the new stats, once you get your head around it it's actually much more accurate this way plus the time is now updated for me which is super duper awesome sauce! Thank you Etsy for giving me the opportunity to pursue my career! ♡♡♡

Typical!! This app is now useless to me all this excess information is NOT helpful AT ALL! When I look at my stats I want to see the total views of not just the shop but the individual listings too IN ONE PLACE. I do not need to know the times of visits I just need the total! I cannot use this app anymore! Also I cannot upload a single photo so this app is officially completely useless!

This is quite possibly the worst app, adding salt to the wound in the fact that I actually need it. Crashes CONSTANTLY, the keyboard doesn't support swipe, and it can rarely load new orders/shop notifications, even after a push notification has been delivered

I lived the original app and used it to launch new product as well as stay in contact with customers and share products via Google ➕ but sadly that is no longer available on this app. Please bring it back, it was any easy and helpful way to promote my shop from the road.

I loved the old app (2 updates ago). The reviews before me say pretty much everything I was thinking. Please dont change things for the sake of change. Go back to the way it was. Listen to your customers!

Absolutely hate the new layout! Why have you over complicated a perfectly good app! We're Etsy sellers not fortune 500 stat freaks!

Can't sort your listings by drafts/active. Doesn't have my shipping profiles that I have on the website. Really not the best app for selling on Etsy. Only good for alerting you of activity.

Dislike new look, still lots of bugs they need to work on fixing. Still easier then using web version I guess

The new update is very complicated. I definitely miss the simplicity of the older version.

Can no longer look at revenue based on day, week, month, etc. Something we used to do quite frequently.

The widget is now useless. Clicking in it no longer takes you to the relevant stats. And views and favourites have disappear in place if the useless "visits" stay. Why fix something that's not broken? Some other major issues. 1) App is crashing constantly, particularly when viewing stats widget and switching between dates. 2) When replying to messages, the app doesn't allow my keyboard to come up. I have to go in through the mobile site instead. 3) New update has gotten rid of the side bar which allowed easy navigation. I now often have to click "back" an inordinate number of times to cycle through what I've already viewed and get back to the main menu.

I really used to love checking my stats on what was viewed or liked. It was quick and easy. Now I have way more info than I was it's not intuitive at all. I wish I could sideload the older app.
