Welcome to Event Leads. Data capture made easy. Scan and capture leads - instantly respond to enquiries and send out your event collateral immediately via InformaSend!

This app is designed to be used at any event – small or large, to collect delegate contact data. It’s BYOD therefore can be downloaded and used on iOS personal devices for ease of use and familiarity.

Event Leads management app can be branded to each specific event and or company!

If running your own event, Event Leads app can utilize QR code scanning to help speed up content input.

Event Leads can be pre-loaded with up to six pieces of collateral, for example PDFs, whitepapers, PPTs & small videos.
Once contact information is saved, there is an option to immediately send the pre-loaded information to an attendee (Wi-Fi dependant).

All data collected is saved locally on each device and is transmitted to ETM either instantly or in batches.
The data is then checked, de-duped and saved in a Excel/csv file format ready to upload onto client CRM.

To ensure that all data is secure, the app will be password protected for the duration of the event. Each event will have a unique password which must be used to access the app.
