I sent this to their support email on 4/7/16 and never hear back: I just got my unit today from Amazon. Installed batteries, downloaded the app from Google Play, and hit the CONNECT button as instructed. A popup did come up on my phone with the sensor number. I hit OK and the app keeps searching - never finding the remote pool thermometer (RPT). I have them side by side so it's not out of range. I reset the unit and tried the connect again - sensor number pops up but the phone never pairs - keeps searching. I even tried rebooting the phone - still won't pair. I know the bluetooth works - I have a Jabra speakerphone I use regularly in my truck via bluetooth - no problems. And, the phone sees the RPT when I hit CONNECT as the correct sensor number appears. It just won't sync. I have a Google Nexus 5 running Android version 6.0.1.

Terrible, terrible, terrible app. The UI is cluttered with nonsense but more importantly, it takes forever to sync with the device and one time in three can't do it at all.
