I was told that I'll get 100 off on referring friends and my friend get 150. But neither of them worked. Got fooled in front of my friends. Tried to reach customer service but no help.

This aap loot your money. I have ordered 109291 cancelled due to wrong menu selected. The money not refund . Next i have selected correct menu item and reordered 109292. both same price 424. But no refund no call answer no customers care no email reply on refund of cancelled order 109291.. worst. To: Eatz owner: i assune like l gave 424 rs to an educated begger.

I have ordered for the first time from eatz and I was lil nervous about the service hence opted for COD. Loved the service it was fast and professional. The best part is none of the online order sites covered the restaurant from my place, but eatz did. Thank you.

Placed an order and spoke to the delivery guy, the guy told me he will come in 30 mins max, waited for 1 hr 45 mins and everytime I called he just said he's almost there and will reach in 2 mins. Even the app lied and showed that the order has been picked up however after 1 hr 45 mins I told him I don't want it anymore and went to the restaurant myself, checked with the restaurant they confirmed that they never received any such order.The delivery boy was rude and told me he is doing other orders.

My order no. 102707 I got delivery message 10 min. before I got the order deliver to me. Worst Service

Please guys don't try this app. I had worst experience with the team. I have placed an order , after half an hour they told me that they can't able to deliver. They tried to convince me with many reasons. The way they tried to convince me is worst.

But some times it was not showing the restaurents except that every thing good

They even don't know that the restaurant is open or closed... After a long time almost after 45 mins when we call up they said that the restaurant is closed and the order is cancelled. The amount will be refunded in a weeks time.

These people don't no weather a restaurant is open or closed but they will take the order and kill your valuable time without delivering the food. Most irresponsible management. Never ever order any thing on this app. I would give -5 rating if an option was there.

I really loved it... Delivery is fast.. But not accurate. Hire experienced guys. I'm satisfied with the service....

The person doesn't know any of the landmarks or proper address, the eatz should keep people who know at least there surrounding addresses where they are appointed for the areas

Ordered an item from kritunga restaurant at 8 pm and I went there at 9.30 the restaurant guys told there is no order and after calling to the customer care for 2 times response was good but its not useful the order item is not available in the restaurant for that day there is a communication gap and confirming order takes around 1 hr ,app is not user friendly crashes frequently totally a bad experience need to do improve 2 stars for care people response

worst worst worst app ever. we have ordered food in this and its been one and half hr and no call back. no confirmation about the order and also no contact details to give them a cal to check the order status. very disappointed and won't suggest anyone. we have even called the restaurant which we ordered and they even told that they don't have any tie up with this app.

WORST WORST WORST FELLOWS .. AMOUNT DEDUCTED BUT ORDER NOT DELIVERED.. CALLED MULTIPLE TIMES BUT NOT ACCEPTING CALLS

It has been more then one and half hour I ordered the food and there has been no update regarding the order. No call back from the app or from the courier. There in no number even to contact some one to check with the details. Finally technician from the eatz reached me and apologized for the delay. The order finally reached 3 hours from the time we ordered.

I downloaded the app and trying to launch every time it is showing as unfortunately stopped. I am not able to open app even several times..

Experienced couples of issues for my first order but had a second order today with no issues and had smoother flow. Coming to order delivery, it was very speedy and prompt service. Good job eatz team..!!
