I am not able to log into my own account via Facebook already I have paid the subscription amount.

Most of the weeks, online copy on app is not available on real time basis like physical edition on every Monday. Secondly, physical copy is cheaper than online. This is not logical.

An app from greedy times group, electronic version is even costlier from hard copy,a perfect recipe for disaster (grow up gold diggers)

Digital subscription is more compared to print subscription. Also the app is really bad. Reading in 5 or 7 inch screen specialty in this app is bad for eyes. So why pay more.

Why online copy exhorbitantly costly than physical copy. And all the even last one year all issues not available?

Had to format my phone. Unable to login after that.There is no system of Client support as well.Now even with a paid subscription I am unable to use it.

Online app is not as per et wealth quality... improve it or someone else will moved your Cheeze

Current issue dated 13/03/2017 not available for subscribed members please update as early as possible.

The physical ppr is better then this. The developers don't want to improve the app. Payment for annual subscription should be in INR and not is US Dollar.

The app is too slow. Preview page download takes hours. And why subscription in dollar? One ET Wealth paper cost 7/- then why 0.99$ in month for 4 papers?

It's first of Kind where online subscription is expensive than physical. Annual subscription as well as single issue past single issue cost you 10times higher than actual price and current issue 50% higher than physical copy. Really surprised by this home wealth will look at pricing again and will get eco friendly and promote it. Very few ppl would like to get old issue at these extrabitant prices Even I subscribe annual subscription and it's second day of week but still issue not available

First of all the online subscription is expensive than the physical paper one. I subscribed for online subscription on 4th Jan 2017 but I didnt receive any online copy for the 9th Jan edition. Also not sure if the 16th Jan 2017. The app needs fixing. I am not sure what this the issue?

The copy of weekly edition of ET Wealth is not made available on the app in timely manner. It is usually delayed and one has to keep a regular check to see whether the copy is available. Ideally the weekly edition should be available on the App on Monday morning itself when the physical copy is made available.

Subscribed for annual subscription but yet finding problem in receiving new editions of magazine. This weeks magazine is not available on my app. Please fix the issue.

Hie, I am trying to suscribe annually. I tried various options including debit card payment, ICICI Bank and Bank of India netbanking, however it shows "not eligible" for each of the above options. Provide alternatives to suscribe else fix the issue.

I had taken a subscription for one year for et wealth, it's the worst app I had used, no response for any queries. How to get back the amount payed since they are not providing the service for which I had paid. Worst app and worst service. Never subscribe to this.

Like several others here, I was also subscribed for a year but stopped receiving new editions. If already subscribed and not receiving the latest issues, call up Google (request a call back - free) and ask for a refund. Unlike ET that doesn't respond, Google is serious about customer service and issues a full refund within 2-3 days. Please ***Do NOT subscribe*** until this issue is fixed.

I know you all may be facing some issues regarding the app. If you are facing subscription issues or downloading the latest issues. I too faced the similar problem and I got the response from google via mail. So if facing the above mentioned problems, try the below listed methods. 1) try to uninstall the app and they after uninstalling again reinstall the app this time you may have access to the latest issues. 2) contact google for any kind of other issues like technical they will respond you in 24 hours.

Already payed for annual subscribtion. Now i am not reciving latest magazine as of 4.12.15. My subscription is upto22. 4.2016. Called for customer care passing the call to another number they pass it on to another number. Till now they have not sorted out. Ver poor response.

Though I have yearly subscription I am unable to read the magazine atleast 4 issues in last 2 months. No response from customer support either. Magazine is good but this service in Google play is really bad. Don't buy this subscription here. Use other mode to buy subscription.
