Esurance Mobile

It would be a helpful app if only it would allow me to log in. I already uninstalled twice still no response. It keep search for an internet connection and I'm full Wi-Fi bars. please fix this issues

Great start for this app.. Few bugs to work out n refine things. But other than that solid app to access your info

Won't ever let me open it, so car rides with friends, Uber, and even planes taking off are recorded as me driving. Annoying.

Utter fail when needed it the most. Only good for viewing your card. Nothing else works, especially claims.

Poor up says app stopped working. Uninstalled, reinstalled... Still not working.

Best app, don't have any problems and very useful. Been with them 1 year and still going!!

Can't view my electronic id

Do not use this company they are a rip off. They where charging me 170.00 a month. I found the same coverage for 88 a month. Beware of this insurance company they such!!!!!!! Thanks for changing me 82 more a month the the insurance we have now. Ridiculous do not use this company I don't know how these people sleep at night

Excellent Company; Excellent App I've been with this company for many years. The app has made things so much more convenient from viewing cards to reporting an accident! Quick. Great ease of use. Knowledgeable customer service.

Good app, but they changed it to where you can't change your monthly date. Before you could change your date, example.. you get into a bind and don't have money to pay you could change the date and pay on the date you changed it to. That was very convenient, now we don't have that option.

For a company who's main motto is welcome to the "modern world" you sure have alot of glitches on your app, to the point where I don't think your DriveSense app even works since every time I try to check to see if I've received a discount it tells me sorry we encountered an error for the last 3 months. Being able to check what your rate would change to if you made changes would be a great feature to add or even being able to change it would be a great start.

I like this app, just use it to check my payments. I think the customer service are very good, and professional. Even the Car salesman like you guys Easy, tranfer to my new car. Thanks again.

I don't really use this app except as an easy way to view my payments and insurance information. It's helpful to make sure that my information stays current for what I need.

No split payment everything has fees. Just wasnt a great experience. Tried to add renters insurance had to cancel tried to update my address had to cancel as my only option. So i took your advice and cancelled and went else where!

This app is pointless. You cannot change anything. Only view info, you must call esurance to make any sort of change policy or person info. Dumb.

Trying to add renters insurance. And the only option I have after I answer is to cancel. So much for conve Yunience. You replied that the app doesn't support it. Then why the heck do you have it on there as an option to add if it doesn't even work? If it doesn't work you really should just remove the option to do so. Also you have the option to edit or at cars to your policy but then when you try to do it it tells you to either go online or call the phone number Why do you have things on the app that you can't actually do so irritating. Your reply is not helpful. Why have it as an option on your app if it does not work? Any answer other them call customer service would be great. Well you're about as helpful as your app is I said I don't want the number to call for help again. But apparently you don't listen very well. Thanks for nothing. Once again your not answering my questions. Tell me why you have these options of things to do on YOUR app that don't work such as VB adding renters insurance and removing a car to your policy. Don't answer my question by telling me to call customer service.

The app is just a webshortcut not an independent app, cant make payments on the app with a debit or credit card

I am trying to make a claim and I keep getting an error message! I am ting to click on the about the accident amd it won't let me select it to input information.

App crashes when I take a photo of my damages for my claim. Also it takes duplicate photos. Evey time I delete the duplicates the app crashes on me.

Love it! You can file and track claims, view your cards, and manage your payments! Going on Year 2 with absolutely no issues.

never had an issue with the app or the company as a whole. customer service is top notch in my opinion.

App is good but the customer service is horrible. I was trying to make a partial payment on my account they wanted a full payment thats due on Dec 5th had to call c.s. only to be told I couldn't make majority of payment and stressed I wouldn't have the rest till Dec 7th when I get paid they wouldn't take the payment they wouldn't wait 2 days then was told by the rep to borrow the money or be dropped. Absolutely unprofessional and was out of her place to make the remarks so I will be changing companies soon!

Instead of a real app, it behaves as a gateway to the mobile site. Tells me my WebView is out of date on Android 6... which is bogus. Too bad this app is not developed for the modern world.

We had our daughter on our policy when she was 16, rates reasonable. Trying to put her back on, rates OUTRAGEOUS. Going elsewhere. The app tho is good, easy to navigate.

This APP is shockingly bad. I can't even access my ID cards in the app. The APP just functions as a hyperlink to their main website, which isn't even mobile friendly.

Living in Michigan they will not accept any payment other than credit debit card from you the last hour before they close. So thanks Esurance for screwing me. Love having the money to pay a bill and then have esurance turn right around and Deny me the ability. MICHGANS ESURANCE BRANCH YOU SUCK

Have to log in everytime you do something. Photo review logs out after every picture is taken making it a pain in the ass and not worth the time. They are trying to save a buck at the customers expense

Multiple time I was unable to login. I repeat 10 times until i could get in.

I have been hung up on by the system everytime I've called, which has been 6 times now everytime I say customer service rep.

1. Esurance raised my bill little by little until it was 25 higher in just 3 months. 2. They told me to go on their app or website to get a new quote then i do the entire process just for it to tell me to call these morons. Im looking elsewhere
