Itag switches off when you disconnect so if you want to connect you cant. You have to switch itag on again first but what if its missing with your item??? So you won't find your item?? Alarm goes off when itag goes off. I have 5 itags and all of them does this on this app. Please explain how you use it for your dogs?? Can you track them on the map if they are say 15 kilometres away? Please help

"Do not disturb" tab can't be edited properly. Rubbish application. So far not pleased.

Works well, but I stick with the problem when I don't want that it will work. I bought it to have an apportunety to find my keys but now I can't leave them without a phone!

pairing & operations are simple enough. both phone & tag will sound alarm/beep when connection is lost. double tap on tag button will sound alarm on phone. but location map don't really work/hard to use. have to go to 'lost list' to pick out the alarm you want to check location. and even then the location doesn't really load up. app only crashed once in 1 day testing but reloaded easily. Samsung note3 android 5.0 EDIT 08062016 - doesn't reconnect automatically when tag is back in range :(

Not sure what people can't figure out. I'm sure 9 of 10 bad reviews are user error. It works perfectly and does more than I expected. Great app!

Mostly works ok, but does not work with Google maps, only Baidu maps, which is useless in Europe.

Either I dont know how to use this APP (following the provided instructions) or it is faulty, my phone Galaxy S6 (Androis 6.0.1) constantly sounds the alarm for each tag stating connection lost, useless APP!

Can't turn on anti lost feature, is not an option? Light does not work and can't turn on do not disturb. May want a refund

The iTag doesn't connect nor does any other feature work.

I have a Samsung Note 4 which has an android system and the product does not work! I followed the instructions, search for it again via bluetooth, and downloaded the app..the itag still doesn't work!

Yep Its Absolute Crap dont do it It will soon demand payment for copyright infringment then not work

If I had to rely on this piece of crap to find my children it would never happen it's right next to me and the alarms going crazy load of crap don't buy stay away and developers don't write back in Chinese or whatever it is I can't understand ya blags

Its pointless and useless. You can get free phone apps that do the same thing without the need to buy a Bluetooth fob. Find my car app. That's the only function you get when you pay. All other functions are on free versions. Don't waste your money

Absolute crap all it did was raise the alarm saying i was out of range when the keys were on my hand and you charged me for this.
