Ingredients
2 pounds Boneless Pork Shoulder Western Style Ribs
2 tablespoons Barbecue Seasoning*
BARBECUE SAUCE
3/4 cup Smucker's® Orchard's Finest® Coastal Valley Peach Apricot Preserves
1/4 cup prepared hickory barbecue sauce
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 tablespoon Crisco® Pure Olive Oil
1 medium sweet onion, sliced 1/4-inch
6 Kaiser rolls, halved
Preparation Directions
STEP ONE
For Burger: CUT pork into 1/2-inch cubes trimming away excess fat. Freeze meat in a single layer for 30 minutes. Place 1/4 of meat in bowl of food processor, fitted with metal blade. Pulse several times or until meat is processed to a similar texture as that of ground beef. Remove ground meat to medium bowl. Repeat with remaining meat. Add barbecue seasoning to ground meat tossing gently to combine. Shape mixture into 6 4-inch patties. Chill.
STEP TWO
For Barbecue Sauce: COMBINE preserves, barbecue sauce and smoked paprika in a medium microwave-safe bowl.
STEP THREE
SAUTE onions in oil in a a large skillet until softened and beginning to brown.
STEP FOUR
COAT unheated grill grate with no-stick spray. Heat grill to medium-high (350° to 400°F). Grill burgers 4 to 6 minutes per side or until juices run clear (145°F). Toast rolls, if desired**. Heat barbecue sauce in microwave 30 seconds or until warm. Place burgers on rolls, top burger with barbecue sauce, onions and cover with roll.

* Barbecue seasoning is available in your grocer's spice aisle. It is a unique blend of brown sugar, spices and natural hickory smoke flavor.
Tip
*To toast rolls; SPRAY inside of each roll with no-stick cooking spray. Grill rolls, cut side down, on grill grate until toasted a golden brown.
