Of all the first aid apps i have used this one is the best by far.But it doesn't say anything about gun shots and gun shot wounds and also how to treat them until help arrives.But still love the app though.

I can't comment on the accuracy of the advice but this suffers from terrible translation. Find a first aid manual that won't cost you precious time struggling to decipher it in an emergency.
