This app is absolutely antiquated for 2017. Napco is really behind the times. The app is glitchy. Keypad is busy or timed out. Have to reset module all the time. Compared to other home security systems this one is a bust. Would never install in my house again.

Needs push notifications of alarm. This is an expensive add on to the system and should do more.

Have galaxy s8 app doesn't work with it at all. Please update and make compatible.

This app brings you back to 1986. The days of 300 baud modems. Screeching fax machines. This app needs a total re-write. Don't revise it, replace it.

The buttons stay lit when you press them so you can't tell if you're accurately pressing the right buttons. Also, when I hit the settings button at the top, it logs me out and there's no way to get to the actual settings.

Probably the worst app is seen. Takes like two minutes for it to respond to each key press. Terrible UI.

Come on Napco, get your act together! I'm an installer and i'm embarrassed that my new install is useless because the app doesn't work! It crashes before it can connect and the customer is very sore. Will probably lose the account because they can't control the system like they should!

Works great on HTC One M8, no connection errors here. Need to press logout

Is this the future for napco? Constant crashing and slow. This service is why people are switching to security from their cable provider

I frequently get Unable To Establish Connection error messages (even when all of my other programs run fine - facebook, email, internet). Or it will load a 'black screen'. Samsung Galaxy S4

Should allow to resize in portrait mode. Landscape is ok. Should allow multiple systems, we own 3 homes with Napco alarms but can only use this on 1.

Works well overall. It is a little slow to update to alarm status and sometimes loses connection. It would be nice to be able to store multiple alarm system profiles in the application. We use it on two systems. It is a bit difficult to swap between systems.

Frequently can't make connection. App freezes or stops. I'm paying extra for this garbage. Please fix!

Keep getting different error messages while still paying a subscription fee. Garbage and outdated... Please update for newer android versions.. galaxy note 3

Logged on and could see the status of my alarm screen as well as turn it on and off. I looked to my dad and said, "Hey, this actually works pretty..." CONNECTION ERROR. App wouldn't work again. I hope it gets better because I was impressed with the one minute that it worked.

It works alright but it's a little slow. There doesn't seem to be a way to use this app for more than one system, like a home and a business or multiple homes. Seems like an obvious oversight.
